Saige was dumpster diving like always

And if you don't know Saige... She trusts everything she hears/reads.
So she swallowed the "unicorn powder."
She chocked on it for a second well like 10000 seconds
A by stander saw her chocking on the weird glittery rainbow stuff
So that by stander called an ambulance and
Saige went to the hospital and nearly died.
BUT then
she turned into a unicorn...
