Wolf Story

Chapter One...

Aiko's POV

"Come on Papa!" I was trying to push my father out of the den.
"Papa, you promised today! Today!" I was exited to finally leave the den to see the world, alone.
"Alright, alright Aiko. Remember the rules?"
"Ugh... Stay away from strangers, if you get lost, howl, don't eat any berries you don't know, and don-"
"Honey! What did you fill our daughters head with?" Mom interrupted, "You go out there and explore the world! But I would keep that howling rule."
"Ok mom. I love you mom and dad."
I looked at the world and smiled. I ran away from the den into the tall grass. I felt the freedom in the wind flowing through my fur. I ran to a rock that was front of me. I ran to the very top and howled my heart out. I wasn't that far from the den to get lost so my parents didn't come in a instant.
"See honey, she's happy." Mom nudged dad, "I don't know why you held her back."
Papa stared at me until I was invisible.

"Oh my gosh! This is amazing!!!" I yelled rolling in the grass.
I saw a dead end at the tall grass so I ran to it. When I ran to it, I found some company.
*CRASH*
I ran into another wolf.
"OMG! Are you ok?!"
A black wolf was on the dirt, that was next to the tall grass, rubbing his head.
"Oh, I'm fine. What about y-" he paused and stared at me. I did the same. He blinked and said, "oh, sorry, I'm Joji. Who are you?"
I blinked and said, "Oh. I'm Aiko! What are you doing here, Joji?"
"I'm exploring the world! And you?"
"Same! Wanna explore together?"
"Yeah! Sure! Where?"
"Anywhere!!! It's all new!!!"
Joji and I started running around the grass free land. Everything was new to me! But to Joji...
"Joji! Why aren't you exited to see  the place on the other side of the river?"
"Because-" Joji paused with a worried face. "That's my homeland. Nobody but my family comes here and if someone that's not related to me... They are... You know...lunch."
I looked at him and smirked,
"Joji! I'm a dare-devil! I'm going."
"Aiko! NO!!!" Joji tried to stop me but I ran on a log that ran across the river.
"See! Nothing happened." I smirked and started to dance on his so called homeland.
"Aiko! BEHIND YOU!!!" Joji yelled then I turned around. A huge black wolf stood above me with a mouth full of drool.
"Uh...hi..." I nervously smiled and ran for my life. Then I remembered my rule... Just howl.
*HOOWWWLLLLL*
Me and Joji ran to the tall grass and we ran into my dad. The black wolf stopped and growled at papa.
"RUN AWAY AND DONT COME BACK!!!" Papa growled the black wolf away. "And you, little one, go home!"
"Y-Yessir..." Joji whimpered and walked slowly away.
"Joji! No! Don't g-" I tried to stop Joji from leaving but papa stopped me.
"AIKO! GO HOME!!! I'll be there later! I must find dinner!"
"UGH!!! YOU RUIN EVERYTHING DAD!" I ran home covered with tears...
