Caroline'sPOV

I woke up feeling so not ready for school but oh well I had to deal with it anyway. I got off pmy bed looking out the window and it was very grey and cloudy outside, no sun at sight.

Right now I was stepping out of the shower. I wrapped a purple towel around my body. I looked at my reflection and thought if I was good looking for my second day of school. All I was thinking about was how today will be a good day, I gasped at what I was saying and brushed the thought away.
"Mom can I walk to school today" I yelled from the bathroom.

"Why sweetie"I could hear the confusion in her voice but it wasn't clear to me. 20 minutes later I was done getting ready wearing a black leather coat with wavy hair and jeans.

I went in the kitchen and told my mom I was leaving. "Alright mom im leaving" "alright sweetie make sure you do well at school ok" "don't worry" I said laughing. As I was leaving my house I saw the guy 20 feet away from me with other people and I hid quickly behind a filled branch closer to where they were so I can get a better look and hear what they were talking about.

"You all know what the deal is today right, no feeding on other people, no compoltion, just be human as possible." I was in shock , what were they even talking about, compoltion,feeding, what? 5 minutes later they all separated and walked to school I got up from the branch and went on the other side of the sidewalk to get to school quicker. Once I got in the school I went to 1st period and saw Bonnie.

"Hey Bonnie" Hi, she said. 3 hours later it was time for lunch and I was starving.I saw Bonnie sitting with other girls and 3 boys and their was an empty seat next to Bonnie so I sat next to her so I wouldn't be alone at lunch. As I was eating I was looking back and  forth and I saw the same guy and he was laughing with his friends until he looked at me and I instantly looked at a different direction feeling so nervously awkward.

5 minutes later I was talking to Bonnie and the other people in our seat about how horrible our 1st period teacher is. "Hey Bonnie wheres the bathroom cause I really have to go" I said. "Oh the bathroom is down the hall and turn to your right" Bonnie said. Thanks. When I got near the bathroom I can see the guy so I quickly went inside the bathroom so he wouldn't see me. As I got out of the bathroom I bumped into the guy and felt so embarrassed. Oops im so sorry I said. "Nah it's ok, wait aren't you the girl from my neighborhood oh um yeah I said with a little giggle. "Wow he said laughing, I'm klaus and you must be? "Im Caroline" oh nice to meet you Caroline, nice to meet you to I said with a smile.

The bell rang and I had to get back to my class. When I got to 5th period all I could think about klaus, he was such a gentleman and he's really chill but it gets me wondering about the two words one of his friends said, feeding on other people and compoltion? 2 hours later I got to my house and thank God it was Friday cause all I wanted to do was just hang out all weekend.
