Finding Out

JJ had been feeling very sick the past few days. He called Jack to let him know why he wouldn't be at school.

"Hey babe." Jack answered.

"Hey."

"What's up?"

"I just wanted to let you know that I'm really sick and won't be going to school."

"Awe baby. I'll be right over."

"Don't miss school because of me, I'm fine."

"No, I will miss school because I love you."

"Ok whatever. I love you."

"I love you too. Bye."

"Bye."

They hung up and Jack was there shortly.

"Hey, you ok?" He asked.

"Yeah, I just don't feel good at all. I've been puking a lot these past few days."

"Wait... Since when?..."

"2 days ago... Why?"

"Well we did 'the nasty' 3 weeks ago for the first time..." Jack said, joking.

"Oh god... Do you really think so?..." JJ said and looked at his stomach.

"I was joking... Umm, you don't look like you're joking..."

"You might want to sit down for this... Come here." JJ said and they sat down on the couch. "I have this thing that causes me to be able to get pregnant. We don't know how, and neither do the doctors. That's why I had to use condoms. And maybe the condom broke." JJ started getting worried.

"I'll go run to the store real quick to get some tests, ok? Want me to make you some soup first?"

"What kind?"

"Well I brought chicken noodle, minestrone, and Top Ramen."

"Chicken noodle please."

"Ok, I'll be back when it's done." He smiled and kissed his forehead.

"Thanks."

He came back with the soup a few minutes later and gave it to him.

"Here." Jack helped him sit up a little. "Do you need anything else?"

"No. Thank you so much, Jacky." JJ smiled.

"Alright, I'll be back in about 10 minutes. I love you." He kissed his forehead again.

"I love you too."

He took the bus to the store to get some pregnancy tests and went up to the front counter to pay.

"You do know that men cannot get pregnant, right?" The cashier lady asked Jack as if he were stupid.

"...It's for my boyfriend... And he has this thing where he can actually get pregnant..."

"Oh, so he's one of those sluts that has sex without protection?"

"Don't you DARE call my boyfriend a slut! He has never once done anything with another guy, or girl, while we were dating! This was our first time and yes, we did use protection!" Jack said, getting furious at the lady.

"How old are you? Too young to be having sex."

"It's not your business or your life! Your job is to simply scan the shit I ask for, not get into my personal life! So do your fucking job and scan this so I can pay!"

"Ok ok... Damn..." She mumbled and scanned the test. Jack paid and left.

Jack got to JJ's house and gave him the pregnancy test. JJ went to the bathroom and came out (hehe, never get's old) a few minutes later, his face completely serious with a little bit of a scared look. Jack walked over to him as JJ showed him the test. Positive.

"Oh my god... JJ... I-I'm so sorry." He hugged him.

"How on earth am I going to tell my parents?!"

"I'll help you, don't worry. You make about $300 a week like me, right? By babysitting?"

"Yeah."

"Aren't you also saving it?"

"Yeah I have like $20,000 saved up from me working for about 30 weeks, and I spent a little, and that extra like $50,000 from singing and performing a lot."

"I have about $100,000 saved total. So... How about we convince our parents to let us by an apartment together as long as we stay in school and keep our jobs? I mean, we're mature enough to live on our own. We do it all the time on tours. We can just get emancipated."

"That's a great idea. But how will we tell the fans? I mean, I just turned 15, and so did you like 6 months ago!" (In this Gilinsky is older than Johnson, ok? Ok.)

"Just wait a little bit and we will figure it out." He smiled and kissed him.

"I hope so." JJ kissed back.
