The Spider And The Crow (Sebastian x Reader x Claude)

Part Eight

"Welcome to the Phantomhive manor" Sebastian said, extending a hand.

You laid your delicate hand on his gloved hand and stepped down. You noticed the girl was wearing the necklace you gave her.

"Welcome" The boy said.

"Yes! Welcome to the Phantomhive manor!" She smiled.

"Hello" You said walking up the steps with your butler behind you

Sebastian opened the door for all of you.

"Lunch will be served shortly" Ciel informed you.

A magents haired maid ran out of the kitchen, running with tea sets. They obviously too much for her to carry as the valuable set wobbled. She slipped and fell over, letting the tea set fall to the floor. You closed your eyes, waiting for that terrible sound of breaking china.

"Wha"

You opened your eyes to see Sebastian holding the tea set in his hands carefully.

"Next time don't run with such fragile valuables Mey-Rin" Sebastian said to the maid, helping her up

"Oh dear, I'm so sorry!" The Phantomhive maid said, blushing profusely and fixing her skirt.

"I'm terribly sorry" Sebastian smiled at you.

"My goodness! You're dress is so cutee!!" Elizabeth said, admiring your dress.

You smiled, watching her energy and enthusiasm. She giggled and then looked at your butler.

"Oh dear, that's terribly dull" The girl said, playing with his tailcoat, "You're lucky I brought one of my bows!"

The girl placed a large pink ribbon bow on Maxwell's head. You tried to keep your self from laughing.

"Lady Elizabeth! You really don't need to do this" Ciel insisted, pulling at her arm to quit.

While the Phantomhive residents were re-decorating your butler like a Christmas tree, you saw Sebastian disappear into the hallway. Being your curious self, you followed. He went into his room and you peeked through a crack in the door.

"Aren't you adorable?" Sebastian opened a closet and pulled out a black cat.

What the heck? Why does he have cats in the closet?  You continued watching.

The black furred feline laid on the butler's lap, purring. He cuddled the cat as if it was his own child.

Two more cats spilled from the closet. One calico, the other a siamese.

How many does he have?  You thought to yourself, continuing to look through the door crack.

Though the manor's hall was filled with Elizabeth and Ciel's arguing, you could still hear the joyed purrs coming from the felines who were now all cuddled up to Sebastian.

"Sebastian!" You heard Ciel yell.

You quickly looked around to find something to hide behind. There was nothing so you decided to hide in plain sight. You wandered the halls and heard the small mews from the room as the butler put the cats back into the closet.

"Why hello Miss (l/n)" Sebastian greeted, closing the door.

Sebastian had seemed to miss a kitten and it's fragile body slid out the door, rubbing up to Sebastian's foot. He quickly grabbed the small feline and put it into the closet.

"You saw nothing" He whispered, closing the door.
