Time To Let Go

After dropping Miranda off at her house. We all went back to work. I rang my boyfriend Nate and told him all about the day at work.

"Don't you thing your working a little to hard" Nate said so soflty I couldn't be mad at him.

"Why would you think that"

"Well just because you are never home to spend time with me, you hardly never come out for dinner with Lilly and I, and it seems like everyday you get home you are tired and don't want to talk to anyone or do anything" Nate said as he got a tear in his eye.

"Oh Nate" I busted down in tears "I'm so sorry it's just been so full on lately. I'm really sorry maybe its time for me to let go"

"I think your right, you have been working there for almost 2 years now, arn't you reading to move on and be a journalist?"

"Yeah, I think it is, you always know what to do Nate, Thank you" I hugged Nate so tightly and gave him a kiss.

The next day I went into work feeling scared, I didn't even think Miranda would be at work that day as she just had her baby yesterday.

"Emily, you are going to take me position" I said to Emily as I had tears in my eyes.

"Oh my god, no Andy you can't leave me I want survive without you your the only one I could talk to" It looked like Emily had tears in her eyes too.

"I know but I have to get on with my my life and spend time with my family, and friends. I spend too much time at work and no enough time with my personal life, i hope you understand" Andy said as she looked at Emily ever so sweetly.

"I think if you leave I will have to leave too"

At the very moment Miranda walked though the door and chucked her coat on Emily's desk. She didn't say anything she just went straight into her office.

"Do you want to do this together" I said to Emily.

"Oh hell yeah, i couoldn't face her on my own"

"Thanks for being their for me Andy I don't think I could have gotten through my first day without"

We walk into Miranda's office and stand at her desk, not one of us wanted to address her.

Miranda turned around and jumped a little. "yes girls what can I do for you"

"1,2,3 " I say

"WE QUITE" Emily and I both say, then we turn around and walk out of the room.

"Thank you girls, Miranda said "I was going to fire you anyway" Miranda said in kind of a mean way."I wasn't really, i cant believe it" she muttered under her breath.
