I never imagined living in California would be so boring , Im currently a senior and I have most my credits so I get out of school early. I spend my time laying around the house . My father is ALWAYS working . August is always off doing something . Even though he sleeps next to me every night I still wonder if hes out there cheating on me . I try not to let my insecurites get too me , but ive been through so much in the past . This is my fresh start and I really dont wanna ruin it . I texted him too see if he wanted to go for a drive tonight or something . Im not trying to spend another friday night in this house . I seriously need new friends . He agreed we should go out just us tonight. I let down my hair and got in the shower. Either spring or summer break I want to take a trip to see my mom . Despite all our arguing I really do miss her . I can only imagine how crazy my grandma is driving her . Always yelling at her about putting milk in the freezer and how she wraps her chicken . I chuckled to myself. They would argue over anything and I would just sit there laughing , untill my grandma threw her slipper at me . I missed them so much . I stepped out of the shower , slipped on dark blue jean shorts , a plain black shirt , and my black and white Nike roshes . I left my hair down and curly . I grabed my side purse , threw my wallet , phone , phone charger , and headed downstairs to look for something to snack on and wait for his text or call. I settled for a bowl of ice cream . As soon as I finished putting my chocolate syrup on my ice cream , he texted me saying he was outside . He is going to have to deal with me eating it in his car . I grabbed my purse , bowl of ice cream and locked the door behind me . "Hey babe" august said leaning over to kiss me as I got in the car . He looked down at the bowl of ice cream in my hand , "Drop that in my car and you will be licking it off my seat" I started to laugh at him as if id actually take what he is saying serious . August acts all tough on the outside but in reality he is a big push over when it comes to me. Even though i have my insecurites , im an extremely spoiled girlfriend . "So where to babe?" I said looking over at him . "Im gonna take my princess shopping , than out to dinner , maybe a movie , a quick stop at the "house" and we can go back to my place or yours , doesnt matter" he smiled at me. Shopping , one of my favorite things to do . We pulled up the mall , first stop victoria secret , I loved shopping for underwear and bras . I pulled out my wallet to pay the lady , August pushed my hand away and handed the lady the money . We walked around the mall for two hourse . He bought me a couple new bras , couple new sets of underwear , three pairs of jeans , and a new pair of roshes . They were all white . He wouldnt buy me shorts because he hated the way my but hung out of them . If August had his choice he would throw out all my shorts in my closet along with any piece of clothing that showed any kind of skin . Neither one of us could decide on a resturant so we settled for pizza and movies at August's apartment , but before I got to end my night relaxing . We had to make a stop at the "house" . I swear i hated this place so much . They way the females started me with both envy and disgust . The smell of it , the men who worked for august looking at me like im a piece of fresh meat . August walked through checking the progress. I held onto his had as if my life depended on it. He chuckled lowley . After he seemed to be satisfied , he dapped up his best friend Micheal , and mumbled something to him . We got in the car , he ordered the pizza on our way to his apartment . Once we got there , I got out the car and ran inside I had to pee so bad. "Did you really leave me with all these bags ma ?" I walked downstairs sorry I had to pee . He bought himself the same pair of all white roshes he bought me . He wanted us to match , I rolled my eyes so hard in the store when he said that . He trying to be cute with it . I grabbed some of the bags and put them in his room , or should I say OUR room . He takes over my room at my fathers house , I might as well start doing the same too him . I set all the bags down. "Babe your gonna have to make some room in this closet , and dresser for some of my clothes " I could hear him coming up the stairs , "Okay I will , when you actually start staying ovee here more and actully have clothes here" "August you know that if I knew where you were 90% of the time or even if we spent more time together instead of you just coming to my fathers house showering and getting in bed next too me " He tightened his jaw and looked at me "Were not doing this right now" the door bell cut me off before I could have a slick comeback . He walked downstairs payed the pizza man and brought the pizza upstairs and set it down on the bed. I wasnt even hungry anymore . I kinda wanted to go home . He looked at me , "Are you gonna eat yasmine?" I didnt look up from my phone , I just kept scrolling . He got up and snatched my phont out my hand . "Im not playing this fucking game with you right now , you know where I am when im not with , im out here getting money to set a path down for OUR future , im not gonna be in this game for long , so before i call it quits I need to know I have enough money to get us where we need to be before we start our careers" Little did I know that was gonna be one of the many lies August tells me . He handed me back my phone , I ate a slice of pizza and cuddled next too him untill I eventually fell asleep .
