Today is the last day of term which means i get to spend 6 full weeks with Ethan.
Damn i love him so much.
He told his parents about us getting together.
And well erm...i told my mum.
My mum was really happy about it, her and Ethans Mum have became best friends over the past few days so this just gives them an excuse to see each other all of the time and get much closer.
"well there's only one thing you've got to do now hunny,"
"what's that mum?"
"you've got to tell...,"
"yeah mum, i know,"
Oh god, this is the part i have been absolutely dreading.
I hesitantly walked over to the phone, picked it up and dialled my dads number. Every time it rang, i regretted ringing him even more.
I almost put it down until i heard
"Hey honey how are you doing?"
"erm, hi dad, i'm fine hows your business trip?"
"Good, it's been great honey, what have you rang me for? It costs a fortune to call to England?"
"well ...dad..."
"what is it honey?"
"well you know that boy Ethan, the one that you said that you liked,"
"yes" said my dad, seeming more concerned.
"well...erm...he...he,"
"spit it out honey, i haven't got all day,"
"dad, he asked me if i would be his girlfriend,"
"..."
"dad,"
"and what did you say?"
"i said yes dad,"
"well honey, does he make you happy,"
"he makes me the happiest person in the world, dad. I feel safe when i am with him.He makes me feel beautiful even though i not and he makes me feel special and loved, like i am actually worth something,for the first time in my life. I dont ever worry about being myself and not someone who he would prefer because he loves me for exactly who i am...and i love him dad, I hope you understand."

"dad are you...are you crying?"
"honey i'm just so glad that you've found someone that makes you feel that way, and not someone who is using you,"
"so you're...you're not mad?"
"I'm not mad honey,"
"oh thank goodness," i breathed with a sigh of relief.
"i love you honey,"
"i love you too dad,"
I said and ended the call.
I looked up at my mum, she had a tear in her eye, and she just walked over and hugged me.
"darling, I had no idea he made you feel that way,"
"yeah erm neither did i until now," i said hugging her back.
"why don't you invite him over for some dinner?"
"Are you sure mum,"
"Of course i am darling, he is a great kid...oh and invite lisa (Ethan's mum) we have a girly day to be planning,"
