"I'm sorry, sir. It looks like Kit has an aneurysm," The nurse said to me.
"Will she ever be okay?"
"You caught it early enough she should be fine, in a few weeks."
"This is all my fault."
"Why do you say that?"
"I told her to come with me.. She'd have been okay if I just left her at home."
"That would be worse. She would have died. Now, visiting hours are over. So, I have to ask you to go home."
"Alright, thank you." I cried.
I went home and fell asleep cuddling her toy, Roth.
