Hiya! This part will be a bit shorter than usual simply because I need to get through this part and get to the good stuff- sorry I couldn't update sooner, been trying to think of what to write and have made it the best quality possible, sorry if it's not as good as you would have liked- better stuff will be here soon. ~Hannah

You wake up in the small bed inside Toriel's house, with the warm and comforting smell of butterscotch-cinnamon pie surrounding you. You get out of the bed and turn on the lantern before picking up the pie. You sigh. The ruins have already been emptied of all the worthless monsters accommodated inside it. Now there's only her left.

You are filled with determination.

You exit the room and wander into the sitting room, where Toriel is say in her chair reading a book. "Oh, up so soon I see." She smiles. "Well, I want you to know how glad I am to have you staying here. I would love to show you my favourite bug-hunting spot and I have already planned out a curriculum for your education." She keeps on going on about the same innocent things as she did last time you were here until she finally stops. "My child? Is something bothering you?" She looks at you as if she already knows what's going on. You pause for a moment.
"When will I go home?" You immediately say. Toriel looks shocked and slightly upset. "But.. My child... This.. This is your home now... Um, would you like to hear a bit of this book I'm reading? It's called '72 Uses For Snails'" she tries to change the subject.
"How to I exit the the ruins?" You continue .
She pauses. "Stay here. I need to do something."
You see her exit the room and you follow close behind. You know what she is doing, and must stop her. Apart from, this time there will be no mercy.

You follow Toriel into her basement.
"At the end of this corridor lies the door that marks the end of the ruins. That is where you can exit the ruins and have access to the rest of the underground. I am going to destroy it. Now please, be a good child and go back upstairs." She carries on walking through the corridor. You follow, and once again Toriel stops to talk to you. "Please my child- I am only trying to protect you.  If you leave, they.... Asgore... Will kill you." She continues, and you follow again.
"This is your final warning. Go back to your room or face the consequences."
You continue forward, and grin to yourself as you know what is about to come. You look up and see Toriel standing at a tall door.
"Wow.. You really are determined," Toriel sighs, "well, if you really do want to leave me, you must prove to me that you are strong enough."
Your heart pounds as darkness fills the small room. You see the stern yet sad expression on Toriel's face and immediately, without hesitation, you run forward and slash her with your stick. She falls to the floor. "My lord.. You.. You really are stronger than I thought," she says, gasping for breath, "well, now I can see who I was protecting by keeping you here. Not you, but them."
You shut your eyes as you feel the soft breeze go past you as the dust from her soul evaporates into the darkness.

You are filled with determination.
