Continuing the funeral

Everybody was at the funeral. Aunt Veronica (Vanessa's sister) and her family. My dads side of the family and many more. The Pastor walked in and guess who was behind him.... the bullies from Lauren's school. Wow Lauren thought. Why are they here?!? Did they come here to sabotage me because they know my father is dead?! Wow is all Lauren thought. I'm not going to make eye contact and just turn around. But Jennifer and her clique was sitting right behind Lauren. The funeral begun.

Hello said the Pastor. I am here on the behalf of Luke Williams lll. His passing happened on December 21. Just 4 days before Christmas. Mr. Williams died due to a murder. Some stupid, irresponsible, person killed him. Said the Pastor. Due to the way of his killing, we are having a closed casket funeral. I heard a lady in the back screaming when she walked into the room said Lauren. It was my father's sister; Ashely. One of the Ushers walked Ashely out of the room to calm her down and the Pastor continued as Ashely was being walked out. My mom walked out with Ashely also. My brother Luke was curled up under Lisa and I and wouldn't let us go.

                           2-3 hours passed by

Everybody ate in silence at my table. No one had anything to say while we were eating, so we just ate and separated. I noticed that the "bullies" were sitting with the Pastor. I walked over to them just to talk to the Pastor said Lauren. Why would I even talk to 'them'?! Anyways... I'm sooo sorry for your lost Lauren. Your dad was a very good man. He always came to church and worried about what was his.  And cared for his family. Said the Pastor. Thank you said Lauren. You spoke very well at the podium this morning. Said Lauren. Thank you said the Pastor. Jennifer interrupted our conversation and started talking to the Pastor. Wait, did Jennifer just call the Pastor her dad?! Wow. Can this day get any crazier?!!
