"....and, from now on, the inferior will live inferior to the rest of society. The good will be blessed, and the bad will be sent into poverty. No inferior shall live in the good neighborhoods or buildings, get good jobs, or get an approved education. They will despair in their troubles, while those who pass will bask in the joys of the blessed. The inferior shall be those who have ever committed a crime. Those are the worst of the inferior. Furthermore, any persons with infractions with the law will be inferior. The rest are those who were born prematurely, as a twin, or a triplet, and those who were born with any type of disease. The mothers of those children will be banished as well. Any child that currently is not enrolled in school will be inferior. Anyone without a college education or lower, those who have broken a limb and any other body parts, and any owners of a house worth less than 200,000 dollars shall be banished. Any persons who have ever been sick or have not been vaccinated will be inferior. All children born of the inferior will be inferior, unless given a pardon by the presiding leader because of a blessed relative. These two groups of society will come to be known as the Understood, those who are superior, and the Understated, those who are inferior. These new rules go into effect in one month."
