As Nicole and I walked out of Paul's office I looked at her she was holding her tummy and smiling so I put my hand to where my baby's now are

'You cute little boys' I said resting my hand on Nicole's shoulder

'Boys ,how so you know they are boys' she said looking at me dead in my eye
