*Loris pov*
I hopped down the stairs and greeted them. "Lori we need a word with you" dad says firmly pretty much the second he comes through the door. We went and sat at the table. I have no clue what's coming. "I've been offered a job promotion" he announces. I look at him with a clueless face. "In Arizona" he finishes off. this can't be real... "what no that's the other side of the world ARE YOU INSANE OUR WHOLE LIVES ARE HERE?!" I say nearly in tears. "Calm down!" My mam says grabbing my arm. Megan glares at me like I just killed someone. I storm upstairs grab my phone slip on my trainers and run downstairs out the door. Tears streaming down my face, how could they do this to me? I didn't know where I was going but I knew I wasn't going to arizona. I was so busy walking I didn't pay attention to where I was going I sat in the park crying my eyes out. I text emma asking her to meet me. In less than 5 minutes she walks into the park and sits on the bench beside me. I tell her that I'm moving. By the end we're now both sat bawling our eyes out, great I've now upset my bestfriend. I get a text from 'mom💁🏼'

M- we leave in two days, give it a go if you hate it so bad then you can come back home and live with grandma. Please come home? I love you xx
L- ok I'll give it a shot. Heading home now. Get my suitcase out then!! X
I press send. "I have to be home to start packing" I say to emma we start to head home and have one last cigarette together. we get to mine and finish them off I give her a hug and said my goodbyes trying not to cry. I walk inside and wave her off from the window. Megan comes up behind me and whispers "enjoy that cigarette?" I try not to get annoyed and turn around flicking my hair in her face and go "yeah thanks" and walk away.
