Alex's Pov.
everything was nicer now. we didnt have to kill any runners, we didnt have to pack up and keep moving. Nick, Lauren and I put our guns down and havent picked them up since. living in the zone was nice. its been a month since we got here.
uncle tommy and dad work as gaurds. mike and i work as builders and repairers. mom works in the shopping area with christina and katherine. the rest dont work.
we found out sarahs family doesnt live to far away, so we visit them often. sarah is actually one of my best friends in the zone. her and amy also are friends. sarahs little brother is friends with the little boys.
our families helped make a shrine for ben, max and lindsey.
also we told our story of how we got her a few times to people. everything seems fine. hopefully it stays that way.
sorry i made the story short, i felt like if i continued it there would be a lot of repeating. you know killing the zombies, running away, killing some more. but thank you for readin it.
