Chapter One.

My name is Narianna Santos. I'm Colombian and Dutch, I'm 16 Years old. I grew up with my mother after my parents split up when I was 6 years old. My father has another family, he has two children a girl who's 3 named Amber and Kyle who is 5 years old. My mom been dating this guy named Steve, he has a daughter and who's 18 and she is one of the prettiest girl I've seen, she's full Spanish. I'm pretty as well, I have green eyes because both my parents , parents have green eyes, I've been in a relationship with my boyfriend Tyler who is French and Spanish with pretty blue eyes for 11 months now of course I'm not a virgin.

Today was school, I woke up to the sounds of my mom and Steve arguing. I got out of bed and grabbed my towel to go and take a shower. I got out the shower and walked into my bedroom putting on my black jeans and blue v-neck, walking into the kitchen.

"Hola, Baby" my mom said as sat down around the table.

"Hola mama" I retorted

"So, am I driving you to school today?" She asked

"nope , Tyler is coming for me" I answered

"Alright " she said, sliding a plate of eggs and fruits at me.

"Hmm mama esto se ve tan bien" I said as I started to eat my eggs

"It is, I put my special ingredients in it" she said

"If you say so " my mother and I don't really get along, you can say we fight 5 out of 7 days of the week but were learning how to stop fighting from our weekly visit to the consoler.

"we have a meeting after school don't forget" she said

"What time?" I asked

"4:15pm do you want me to pick you?" She questioned

"Nope, I'll ask Tyler" I said

"Okay. I'm going to get ready for work." She said while leaving me

I finished up my fruits and washed up the dishes. I went back upstairs and blew dried my hair and put it in a ponytail. I caked on some makeup and put on my toms

'Hey baby you ready?' Tyler texted

'Yupp, do you want anything?' I answered

'Cold water and a snack' he said

'Want Blueberry Muffin?' I said

'Yes please, make it two since you love me' he said

'No breakfast? Lol' Tyler family is not a rich family but they don't care for Tyler , he works and takes care of himself and some times he breaks down and I'm there to pick him up. Tyler lives with his grandma and auntie at the moment since he got into a fist fight with his father.

'No:'( my auntie isn't up right now, she's been working late shifts and I woke up late' he said

'alright' I answered

I walked down stairs getting a water bottle and a couple of muffins for Tyler

"Who are you bringing that for ?" Steve asked

"I'm bringing it to school , for snacks" I lied "are you now? Didn't your mom give you $15 for lunch?" He asked

"yes, but I can save up for something else " I answered back rolling my eyes

"Listen here, your not taking all them damn muffin I know your going to give that your boyfriend" he shouted

"He never ate, and hes hungry I'm going to give him something " I said

"Oh no your not " he said grabbing it out of my hand

"Yes I am,Steve" I grabbed it back and walking away he grabbed my arm and I push him

"Don't fucking touch me!" I screamed

"Whats going on here?" My mom asked as she joined us

"Ask your daughter" Steve said

"Tyler didn't have breakfast so I'm bringing him something to eat" I said

Beep beep. I heard the horn of Tyler car.

"Well Hunny I'm sure hes hungry, but you can't just take up food like that hun." She said again here she is trying to take Steve side I rolled my eyes

"I have to go " I said with the muffins in my hand. I quickly left the house and sat in Tyler's car. I handed him the muffins and the water and I kissed him.

"I love you baby" he said. As we went down the road.

My mom texted me a message about how disrespectful I am being

I ignored the text message and looked at Tyler. He was driving and eating his food.

"Are you busy this Friday?" Tyler asked

"Nope? Why?" I asked

"I want to take you out, for dinner" he said I smiled

"Okay" i said as a big smile paced on my face.

School finished and I walked out the school with my friend Sasha.

"So what's been up ?" She asked

"Nothing really, my mom is just being stupid with the whole me dating Tyler thing" I said

"She still doesn't like him?" She asked

"Yes ever since she found out we been having sex and she knows that Tyler has cheated on me numerous times" I said

"Yeah that's what I don't get he cheats on you and you go back to him" she said

"Well yeah, he makes me feel good" I said

"Well hes bad news, but at least you love him" she said

She was the only one who gets that I really love him. I may sound stupid but I really love this guy and being with him was an escape . I felt a buzz and I notice I got a text message from my mom

'I'm coming to pick you up, we really need to talk'

'Were going to talk at counseling'

'I'll be there in 10'

I rolled my eyes and walked over to the court where Tyler and his friends were playing basketball. Sasha was dating this Andre one of Tyler's friends. I got a Text message from my father and he heard about the fight that happened this morning

'nari what's happening with you this morning'

'Nothing just that Steve always gets mad at me for the stupidest things like ugh'

'Nari I don't know what to do with you, first this guy complete takes advantage of you and now you too are back together '

'He didn't take advantage of me, we were dating and then he cheated on me 1 month after, cause we were taking a break' 'do you know how stupid you sound, I wish I had that talk with you'

'I wish you never walked out of my life'

I locked my phone not caring on what he was going to text after. My phone began to ring and it was my mother

"Hola" I answered

"I'm in the front" she said

"Alright, I'm coming to the front" I said as I hung up my phone . I said bye to everyone and kissed Tyler .

In the car my mother tried to talk to me about what happened today and I really didn't care, what's she had to say. We arrived at the consoler and again all the drama was out on the table, I cried and my mom cried as well, things aren't going great at all with us. The session finished and we were leaving. Things were most definitely awkward between my mom and I after the whole thing . we drove home , I did my homework and went to sleep.
