Chapter 3

3 Years later.

I finished work and Alana drove me home.

"So how is Diego?" She asked

"Hes good , hes at his great grandma's house , I have to go pick him after" I said

"You have him speaking Spanish right?" She question

"Of course, everyone speaking Spanish with him and then we speak English some times" I said as I began to laugh

"Well good. Cause I know some of those Spanish parents who don't even teach their kids their native language" she said

"I know and I get so mad " I answered

"Hes going to be a lady killer, hes just so cute" Alana said as she pulled into my house

"I hope so. Thanks for the ride" I said as I got out the car. I opened the door to see my mother making dinner .

"Are you going to pick Diego up?" She asked

"Yeah , in an hour . I need to go take a shower and then I'll pick him up " I said . I still live with my parents, when I told my mom and dad I was pregnant they were very upset with me and my mom cried herself to sleep most of the night. The worst part about is I found out Tyler has been in a relationship with another girl for 2 years, so he was two timing me. My mom basically forced me to tell him that I was pregnant and I he was there for me for like 2 weeks then he moved in with his girlfriend. I was so stressed out with everything i was going to kill myself, until my best friend and Diego Godmother helped me with Diego. I got back on my feet and started to be a mother and act like one too. I dropped out of high school and then a couple of weeks ago I started it again. I finished my shower and then got dress. I walked down stairs and I grabbed the keys and left. I got over to Tyler grandma house. I knocked at the front door and I heard Diego voice. Ella opened the door and she was carrying Diego.

"mama" he screamed

"Hola baby" I said as I held him giving him 100 kisses

"How was he today" I asked Ella , Tyler's grandma

"He was a joy , we watched movies and ate and slept" she said and Diego smiled.

"Well thank you, I'll see you tomorrow morning" I said. I strapped Diego in the back seat and then drove off. When I heard my phone go off, it was Tyler

"Hello" I answered

"Hey nari" he said

"On my way home from your grandma place, what's up?" I asked

"Miranda my girlfriend, wants to take pictures with Diego for our new house we bought in four springs and she wanted to know if Diego can come" he asked

" when?" I asked

"this Saturday around 11am" he said

"I don't know about that" I said

"Hes my kid too. Nari and I pay for him ever month so I have every right to see him" he said

"Okay fine!" I answered as I pulled into my house.

I hung up the phone and picked up Diego and opened the house. I put Diego down and he instantly ran around the house. I sat down by the table looking at the mail I have. I opened it to see all my bills, I came across a letter from a college I applied for.
