Victoria's Secret at High School

Chapter 1

It's 10 am, I wake up and then go to the bathroom to have a shower.

When I go back to my room, I stand in front of my closet to decide what I'm going to wear today. 

It's hot here in LA so I'm gonna wear blue shorts, a simple top and my white airforce 1.

After turning my phone on, I find a message Ed sent me remembering me that I have to be at the new VS store by 17:30 in order to start the inauguration at 18. 

Oh sorry, I haven't said who I am yet. 

I am Alice but my friends usually call me Ali. You might have already seen me because I'm a Victoria's Secret Angel. I am quite tall, slim, o have long wavy light brown hair and green-brown eyes.
This amazing adventure as an angel started 2 years ago. 

At that time I still lived in a small town in northern Italy with my family, I went to school, I simply lived a teenager normal life. I just had an extra job, I already worked as a model for a small agency. 

When Elsa became an angel, the place as Pink spokesmodel was empty, so when my manager offered me to do the castings I immediately accepted. 

At first I sent a video of me walking via email. 

When they recalled me I went to NY and took part in other castings. In the end I was one of the last three models together with Sara Sampaio and Taylor Hill. 

After the last casting I went back to Italy waiting for a call from the VS offices.

 I hoped I would get the job but I also already knew that VS director had liked me so I hoped I would be part of the fashion show anyway.

One evening Ed Razek, one of the main figures of VS called me and when he told me I was going to be Pink representative I started screaming and jumping on my bed. 

My life completely changed. 

I moved to NY and left my family in Italy. 

I signed with a big model agency and became quite known in the fashion world in fact I started participating in many more campaigns and walking many more runways. 

After two years, a new city, new friends, a dream come true, I finally became an Angel. 

As it had happened with Pink my life changed again. 

Just think about the fact that when they announced it I gained 1m followers on Instagram. 

And the best part is that Sara and Taylor have become angels with me, too, I'm very happy about this because it all started with the three of us and I'm happy we're growing up together.

 As last time I moved to another city and it's  LA, baby!

California has always fascinated me even though the Big Apple will always be in my heart.

 I could move here because I've been offered to take care, at a representative level, of the West Coast stores.

This was an amazing chance because it's much simpler living in LA because there isn't that chaos that characterises NYC.

 Also, some of my BFFs live here as Kendall, Kylie, Gigi, Justin and Cody.

It's already 16:30 so I go out and take my car to get to the new store.

 As soon as I get there Ed welcomes me and brings me to the hair and makeup place.

-So Ali, are you nervous?

-So much, you know it's my first inauguration as an Angel

-I'm sure you'll rock it, as usual. There are so many fans outside waiting for you.

I hope Ed is right but now it's not time to get nervous, I go in the dressing room where I meet Lily. 

She lives in LA, too, in fact she's the one who takes care with me of all the West Coast stores.

-Hi Lily

-Hi Ali. What's up?

-Oh, I'm just a bit nervous. 

-Don't worry, in any case I'll be here with you. 

That's one of the things I like about us VS Angels, we're so close to each other and we're all great friends. 

The inauguration goes well, so Lily and I start the meet&greet. 

We make autographs and take pictures with fans. 

I love this part of our job, the fact that so many teenagers look up to us is a very satisfying thing.

 Even though there are some who critic us because we go on the runway just wearing lingerie, there are also many others who would like to be like us.

I really appreciate all the love fans give me and I think the fact we have so many of them is because we are not as many other models who are skin and bone, we are slim but we are also curvy and sexy, so we represent an "healthy way" of being thin.

 We don't do crazy diets or things like that.

 We're normal girls.

At the end of the M&G I say bye to everyone and after having dinner with Ed and Lily I go home exhausted. 

Before going to bed I notice Kylie sent me a message asking if I could have breakfast with her the next morning.
