"Can you believe this? They are actually having auditions here at the school!" my friend Isela told me excitedly.

"Yeah I know! It's actually kinda hard to believe because how can the school actually afford to hold auditions here in a town like this for a movie? Like seriously? What were they thinking?" I wondered.

"For reals. We should go around picking up their lost marbles and be like 'I believe these belong to you.'" Isela joked, putting her hand out as if giving back the imaginary marbles to its rightful owner.

We both started cracking up.

"'That'll be 5 bucks per marble thank you very much'", I continued.

We laughed harder, practically leaning forward, placing our hands on our knees, as the swarm of people walked on by.

" Totally ", she laughed.

" Think about it.", I said getting excited," We'll be rich! "

"Oh Skylar. You and your imagination.", she smiled, patting my head as if I were a good dog that just did whatever my master told me to do.

I pouted. As we continued walking, something caught the corner of my eye. That something was just one of those many posters that they had all over the school, advertising the auditions for the new, upcoming in a year or two, movie.

" Hey. ", I nudged Isela, while pointing back to where I spotted the poster," What do you think about that? Any interest?"

"Eh. It could be fun though.", she paused," I'll do it if you're gonna do it. "

"I'll give it a try. Besides how many times do you get an opportunity like this to be in a movie?" I asked.

"Not many" she answered with a shake of her head and a shrug of her shoulders.

"Exactly", I replied.

The tardy bell rang. "Oh! Don't wanna be late. See ya!", cried Isela.

"See ya!", I cried back, walking briskly into my classroom.

"Well today should be fun", I thought as the bell rung once again signaling the start of class.
