Albus walked into cabin 37 on the Hogwarts Express to see his friend Scorpius sitting down, waiting for him.
Albus pulled his luggage in and drew his wand out and aimed it at the luggage.
"Wingardium Leviosa." Said Albus calmly as his luggage lifted onto the top shelf and rested down onto it.
"Woah!" Said Scorpius surprised. "Where did you learn that one?"
"James taught me that spell. It levitates objects" said Albus passionately.
"I had to climb on the seats and do it myself." Frowned Scorpius.
Right after Scorpius finished his sentence, James, walked into the cabin across from them, sitting with Teddy Lupin, who is in his 7th year, and a couple of other third years.
"Speak of the devil!" Exclaimed Scorpius.
Albus was too busy looking out the window, scanning for his parents and sister to notice. Albus finally spotted them but they didn't see him waving. But, it was only his mother and Lilly, his father was missing. He said goodbye when Albus got onto the train.
"Eh, maybe he just went to the washroom." Thought Albus.
The train's brakes lifted and the magnificent Hogwarts express started to take off. Lilly and her mother finally spotted Albus and waved goodbye as he waved back.
"Where are your parents Scorp?" Asked Albus confused.
"My parents aren't here, my Grandparents dropped me off." Moped Scorpius as his words filled with disappointment.
A girl with red hair ran into cabin 37 and sat down on the cushion and left her luggage on the floor. "Oh, hey Albus! And person I don't know..." Said the girl.
Albus was surprised to see her. "Hey rose! Where is Hugo?"
Rose and Hugo were the children of Ron and Hermione Weasley.
Rose started to respond, "Well, he's a coup-"
"I'm, I'm Scorpius." Interrupted Scorpius.
"Um. Hey Scorpius!" Said Rose. "Pretty cool name you have there!"
Scorpius blushed. "Uh... Thanks!?"
"Welcome!" Said Rose. "I'm Rose Weasley! Pleasure to meet you!"
Rose reached out her hand to shake Scorpius's hand, and Scorpius's face turned as red as a tomato.
"Pleased to meet you too!" Said Scorpius as he shook Rose's hand.
Rose smiled and then turned to Albus. "Well, Albus, Hugo got seated in cabin 16."
"Okay, thanks Rose. I'll go see him in a couple of minutes." Albus responded.
The lady with the sweets cart rolled a rickety cart down the hall, stopping at every cabin.
The sweets lady rolled her cart up to cabin 37 and stuck her head into the cabin.
"Anything off the trolley?" Asked the lady.
"I'm all set." Said Scorpius, disappointed, holding up what looked like a squished peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Albus reached into his pocket and pulled out several golden coins. "We'll take the lot!"
