Chapter 3 - Seven Men

Everyone says their last goodbyes (just in case they get any new parents). "I'm so excited but scared at the same time!" Savannah says. "Same" I replied, thinking about my brother. "I'm sorry, for what I said earlier, I wish you could see him one more time" Savannah said giving me a hug. "Hope you find a family," I said. "Same to you." She said. We went to sit at our own booth's where people visit us. We were aloud to go to our friends if you and they were alone. I then saw, out of the blue, 8 mysterious, but familiar figures. I ran to Savannah. I thought to myself, are they real, or am I dreaming. I stood in front of Savannah and gave her a sign that I needed to talk to her URGENTLY. I pointed to them. "They were not actually kidding." I said. She looked at me confused then turned around to see them. I saw a boy, looked in his 20's staring at me. I blushed. I looked in his baby blue, pretty eyes. He could see I was staring and he blushed. "Yo, bruh you ok? Why you bright red?" I was shocked. Was I blushing that much? I can't be liking him. No, you know you can't like him or anyone, you know what happened last time you fell in love. "N-no I was l-looking out the window... I saw a pretty bo...flower and blushed," I said, trying to come up with an excuse (that was terrible). "Yh, of course you was, anyways I think they're coming our way so we better get back to our booths." I said as I turned to see the 8 figures walk this way." Sure!" She said as we went to settle down with the 8 figures coming our way. 7 of them came to my table, and the other one I think wandered of to Savannah. I saw the boy that made me blush earlier stare at me again. "Umm.... Hi?" I say nervously to them. "Hi, my names Jo-" he manages to say before I hear Savannah call me. "Is it ok if I see what's the matter? I'm so sorry, I'll come straight back after!" I heard the boy say, "Sure, we don't mind." I run to see her. She has a wild, happy expression. She was also doing her 'happy dance'. "You'll never guess what?!?" She said. "You got that boy's number?" I asked, certain of my answer. "Awwww you ruined it. How'd you know anyways?" She asked confused and sad at the same time. "I have my ways ;)" I said. "Well I gotta go back to see the others, cya later!" We do our famous hand-shake, then I rush off. "Sorry about that, where were we?"...
