If you're shy and don't like to speak your mind, go online. Join a chat room, web club, anything. If people don't agree with you, respect it and move on.
What if they call you names, make fun of you, and be all out jerks?
Ignore them, say the magic words of "fuck you" and log off. They are online trolls for crying out loud. At least you don't watch for people with talent and wait to pull them down.
