Everthing is Wrong Part 1

Day 6
Devil's POV
I woke up before (f/n) today. That was a first. So I decided to make myself some tea. It was a while before I heard her open the door. I didn't get up though. I heard her footsteps walk across the hall and her door open, but not close. That was weird. 'Who would get dressed with the door open?'

I got up from my seat and set my tea down. (F/n) walked in. She looked like she was sleep walking. Not even paying attention to me. She had a syringe in her hand. 'What's with the syringe?' She opened a cabinet and whispered,"Damn it." I then decided to tap her shoulder. "(F/n)? Are you okay, love?" She jumped at that.

"Huh? Oh, Arthur. Good morning." She smiled at me. "Good morning (f/n). What's with the syringe?" I pointed down to the object in her hand. She looked down at it and replied,"Oh that. Uh, it's nothing." She quickly hid it behind her back. I was mad now. (F/n) tried to get back to her room, but I blocked off every escape. I trapped her in a corner.

But she had that look on her face that said that she was not going to surrender. 'I had only wanted to know what the syringe was for. Besides, she couldn't be using heroin, could she?' I quickly shook that thought away. She sighed,"It's not for what you're thinking. Why would I want some disease form a drug? I already have one." She had that disappointed look on her face.

I looked surprised. 'I guess a lot of people think that she does heroin...' She continued,"It's just for my meds. I have to use a syringe to take them, or else at noon I drop dead." I moved out of her way at that. She continued walking to the bathroom.

(F/n) walked into the kitchen looking fine. She sat down across from me. "Sorry about earlier. It's just that I'm pretty cranky before I take my meds. Or notice went anyone is around." She scratched the back of her head. "It's okay love. All is forgiven." I smiled at her. She sighed in relief.

Reader-chan's POV
'Thank god Arthur understood.' I thought.

~Le time skip by Francis' beard~

I went for a walk around town by myself for a while. I thought about everything that has happened to me sense the night I met him. Damn. Now I'm just cool with the fact that tomorrow at midnight my life will end.

The old me would probably be freaking out right now. Ha. I wasn't paying attention when I bumped into someone. "Sorry." I said then kept walking until someone grabbed my arm and yanked me into an alley. My first thought was that I was getting robbed, so I turned around and tried to punch the person in the face; only to have it blocked.

I looked shocked for a bit until I saw who it was. She looked eerily similar to Alice. She had long golden yellow hair in top pigtails, a blue and white English maid outfit, the same piercing green eyes, and red glasses. I tried to talk before she covered my mouth. "Sh." She hushed me.

I bit her hand and she let go. "Who the hell are you?" Was the first thing that came to mind. She looked at her hand the said,"(f/n), I need your help. It's me, Alice the demon. You helped me catch Amelia." "What do you need?" I was getting worried now. "First lets go somewhere more private." She said.

We hurried to my home. We sat down at the kitchen table as she began to talk. "Something has happened. Amelia took Arthur back to the demon world."

"What?!"

"Yes. And this is the bad part. She is holding him captive. And what's worse is that since you made a contract with him and he's back in the demon world, you only have an even shorter time."

"What do you mean...?"

"I mean, is that whenever a demon and human make a contract and it didn't work out, the demon can escape to the demon world to not receive death."

That shocked me. 'So that basically means Amelia is trying to kill me. Great. Life of a jinx folks.'

"Arthur was not the one to end the contract. Amelia, aka and outside force, ended the contract. So I'm giving you a decision. Come to the demon world with me and save Arthur, or wither in the human world and die. Your choice."

"Did anyone else ever get this chance?"

"No. Only because this has never happened before."

This gave a thought. 'Well it is only one sided, but going to the demon world is risky. I hear it is not a good place. But if it saves Arthur...' I took a deep breath then said,"I'll go to the demon world with you to get Arthur back." She smiled at me.

"Thank you." Was all she said before she grabbed my hand and then everything went black...
