It was 6 in the morning when I woke up. I sat up replaying the events from yesterday. I'm married! To the love of my life. I touched my wedding ring and couldn't help but smile. I looked over at my gorgeous husband and kissed his cheek. He's all mine, and I'm never going to let him go.I knew he wouldn't be awake for at least another two hours so I swung my legs over the bed and stood. My legs felt like jelly. It took several minutes to gain my balance. I groaned in pain as I started walking, I was unbelievably sore down there. God, I just wanted to stay in bed, but I didn't want to wake Marcus.
"I can do this," I said to myself "all I have to do is walk to the door and grab my robe."
10 minutes, it took 10 long minutes to finally suck it up and start walking. The robe was white with lace trimming, and was very long on me. It was silk and very comfortable. I'd have to thank Nicole for it when we got back. My stomach growled at me and I found my way to the kitchen, I rummaged through the cupboards and the fridge which he had stocked with my favorite foods. How'd I ever get so lucky?
I decided that I'd wait until he woke up to eat. And settled on watching tv to pass time. But nothing good was on, the channeling was weird and there were shows I'd never heard of before. I sighed, The wind was blowing slightly outside making the curtains covering the glass door flail about. I stepped outside and took a breath of the cool air. It looked as if it were just about to rain. I love the rain. The sky was so dark, it looked like it was hiding so many secrets, that's one reason I loved the rain. It was so mysterious, it makes you think about thinks you wouldn't think about on a sunny day. It was gorgeous in an eerie way.I was out there for at least an hour thinking and watching the waves crash against the shore. It was so serene. However, the weather dropped so I had to go back inside before I got sick.
"Good Morning ma'am," an unfamiliar voice said causing me to scream and jump. Oh My Gosh, who the hell is that.
"Who are you? What are you doing here?" I rushed out in one breath.
"I'm the help, well kind of. I'm your body-" He stopped mid sentence before nodding behind me. I turned to see a very angry Marcus, he looked ready to kill a man.
"What's going on here?!" He yelled, which made me flinch back. The guy, who's name I didn't know looked conflicted.
"Is someone going to answer me?" I stepped forward and he pulled me to him, he wrapped an arm around my waist and held me possessively. I looked up at him with fear in my eyes and he looked concerned. I nodded my head over to the mystery guy and he nodded in understanding.
"You're dismissed." He stated firmly and the guy walked out of the house."Lyssa,"
"Good Morning babe." I said quietly because he still looked angry.
"What happened out here?" He asked closing his eyes, trying to calm down. I furrowed my eyebrows. What the hell was he talking about?
"I don't understand. What do you mean?"
"I mean, why were you out here with nothing but a thin robe on with some guy?"
What?! Really? Because I called this guy and said 'hey come over, I'm on my honeymoon but we can chill while my husbands sleeping'
I was so upset at that I walked away from him as fast as I could, ignoring the soreness between my legs. I locked the bathroom door and started my shower. It felt amazing, the hot water made my body feel completely relaxed. I washed my hair and blew it out then put it in a messy bun on top of my head.
I was in there for a full hour and a half before I got out. He was behind me running his hands through his hair and continuously sighing.
"Alyssa! I'm speaking to you." He said grabbing my wrist. Humph...
