Derek is finally getting back from tour today.

I have to pick him up from the airport and then he wants to take me to dinner.

I dress fancy because of his orders, I curl my hair and put on a small amount of makeup.

I put on some red heels, a red flowy dress, and red lipstick.

I grabbed my wallet and phone and headed towards my gold Land Rover.

I got to the airport and he was already waiting for me.

I hopped into the passenger seat while he drove towards the restaurant.

It was a beautiful fancy restaurant filled with rich people.

They put us in the middle table of the restaurant which was kinda odd to me.

They brought out 2 t-bone steaks with mashed potatoes, a roll, and green beans.

I didn't complain that I didn't get to order my food because the food was delicious.

After our conversation and when we were done with our food a woman brought out a small cake for us to share.

Derek was a gentleman and let me cut my piece.

While I was cutting a ring slipped out next thing I know is I see Derek on one knee.

"Kelsey Jackson will you make me the luckiest man on earth and marry me"? he asked smiling.

I was historically crying while everyone cheered around me.

"Yes, Derek I will marry you", I said with a huge smile.

After our dinner we drove to our small condo on the beach. After we changed into comfortable clothes, we sat on a couch on the balcony watching and listening as the waves crashed against the shore. While we stayed warm with blankets.

The wind blew lightly making me tired.

I fell asleep in his arms and that's where I belonged for the rest of our lives.
