Midnight on January twelfth- It was a sleepless night; the moon is brighter than I've seen before. And mycrystal shaped necklace is glowing a bright white for the first time andsomehow when the stars are in the sky I feel the need do be awake. I walked tothe windowsill. A smile is on my face. After a short while the star watchingwas just the same, they did not fade and did not make a new constellation I hadjust gotten used to their lighting. My eyes drawn away from the stars next toit is the moon. It seemed to have a faint glow of silver and White. Below thoseare night clouds; they are a shade of gray, like the ones before a storm orthick fog. Stars, next to it The Moon, below it Night Clouds, and underneath itall is the city. In the day the city is rushed with hundreds of thousands ofpeople. When the day comes to a close the people go to rest in their homes andup comes the moon to sleep them. While I was looking above the city there is aquiet rustle and immediately attracts my attention. It is... a boy.
Myeyes are filled with wonder and my brain is asking "Why is he not home? Does he even have a home? Is he cold? Do I want toask him these questions? Will he answer them?" I did nothing. I sat at thewindowsill observing him, watching him, and studying him he seemed to be fadingin and out beside a bright silver flower. And it was not just one, he had wavedhis hand upward, his fingers flicked and the buildings had completely faded. After the buildings faded away an entire field of bright silver flowersappeared. All at once the moon turned a brighter white, the stars turned to akaleided gold and silver, the city reduced to a blur, and a dirt path upward ahill as the mysterious boy was following. I was in no time to waste I quicklyput on some day clothes and ran out the house. No one saw me leave, andeveryone had fallen asleep long ago. I rushed down two flights of stairs, dashed around a building, hopelessly out of breath I look up and no field. Nofield, no kaleided gold and silver stars, and no bright moon; just the stupidcrummy buildings. I sat on some steps looked at the dark sky filled with nightclouds, stars, and a moon. The flower! And his hand! Then, the crystal startsglowing; it was a throbbing glow, meanwhile it started to rise slowly andgently pull me through a building and into an enormous field of bright silverflowers. I had mixed emotions about this, this feeling of anxiousness, excitement, and curiosity. I see the boy's silhouette at the very top of thehill. I slowly crept up the hill avoiding twigs to avoid a cliché. When Ireached the top I hid behind a thick tree. I tried not to breathe.
Theboy knelt down to a chest and right before he was about to open it "What are you doing?" The boy says in a powerfultone of voice. "How? I say to myself. "Because I saw you come into the field."He says. When he turned to face me he had silver hair and eyes. There were nowords to explain what I saw and dawn was creeping up from the mountains.
