Sometimes, I try a little too hard and I scare people away. But there are other times when I don't try at all and people still walk away. I know that they do it for a reason, but it still hurts. It leaves me thinking that I was the problem, that something is wrong with me, so they gave up on trying.
One day, I'll find someone that won't give up, but I guess that I'm going to have to keep gaining and losing people until that day finally comes. I'm going to fall in love so much more and get my heart broken again and again, but I will eventually find the one I've been waiting for.
When I do, I will not have to be so worried about trying to make it work, because it will. Love will come easily to us both, and I cannot wait for such a lovely day.
