The Rocker And The Dancer

Chapter 1.

I woke up at 7:00 am to get ready for my first day of school. I took a shower and put on ripped skinny jeans, a nirvana T-shirt,and a little bit of make up. I walk down stairs and find my annoying brother Harry,my mum,and my dad sitting down eating pancakes. "Good morning sweetie would you like some pancakes?" My mum asked. "Yeah sure" I said while putting 3 pancakes on my plate then sat down at the table. "Can someone pass the syrup please" I asked. "Here you go tomato face" My brother Harry said as he threw it at me but I caught it. "Shut up Harry" I say as I start pouring syrup on my pancakes. "I gotta go I have band practice in like 9 minutes bye everyone! Oh and bye tomato face" Harry said as he walked out. "So Katherine-" My dad was about to say until I cut him off by saying "I told you not to call me by my real name dad" "fine Katie are you ready for your first day of school?" "Yeah I guess" I said while getting up to throw my plate in the trash. "Crap I gotta go the bus comes at 8:15 and its 8:12 bye mum bye dad!" I said while smiling sweetly then I rushed out the house with my book bag to the bus stop. When I arrived the bus just came. "Ah just in time" I said to myself as I entered the bus. It was VERY loud and VERY crowded so I just decided to sit at a empty seat in the back. When I arrived at school someone bumped into me and I fell. "Omg! I am so sorry! I didn't mean to bump into you!" A non familiar female voice said. "It's alright I wasn't paying attention" I say as I get up. "Are you new here?" The girl asked. "Yep" I said smiling. "Cool! I love newbies! Let me introduce myself my name is Mackenzie what's yours?" Mackenzie asked. "Katherine but my friends call me Katie or Kathy" I said. Mackenzie smiled and said "Nice to meet you!" "Nice to meet you too!" Mackenzie gave me a short tour around the school. "So.. Where's your first class?" Mackenzie asked. "Chemistry" I answered. "Oh god I'm not with you" Mackenzie said. "Um okay?" I responded. "Sorry that was weird but beware a dude named Michael goes to that class and he's a real jerk" Mackenzie said. "I'll make sure to ignore him if he ever speaks to me then bye Mackenzie!" I said and went to Chemistry class. As I walked in people were taking there seats. "Ah Katherine Styles its nice to see you here. I'm Mrs.Elder would you like to introduce yourself to the class?" Mrs.Elder asked. "Um sure Hey my name is Katherine but you can call me Kathy or Katie I'm 17 years old and I just moved to Sydney Australia so yeah that's pretty much all I have to say for now." "Katie would you take that seat over there next to Michael please Michael please raise your hand" Mrs.Elder demanded. I look up and see a boy with red hair,an eyebrow piercing and a ear piercing raise his hand and sighed and thought "Mackenzie warned me about him" So I sit down next to him he looked at me and just smirked then looked away that was weird.
*SKIP BORING CHEMISTRY AND OTHER CLASSES*
As I was walking to my locker I spotted Michael coming my way I rolled my eyes and opened my locker. When I arrived I saw Michael next to me. "Hey gorgeous" Michael said with a smirk on his face. I ignored him gathered my stuff and I began to walk away until Michael grabbed my wrist and pulled me close to him. "Ugh I have a boyfriend" I said trying not to make eye contact with Michael. "Well..in that case...your mine now" Michael said with a evil smirk on his face. I punched him and ran away then I zoomed onto the bus to go home. When I arrived at home I was really tired. "Hey mum! Where's Dad" I asked. "Hey sweetie your father is just taking a nap how was your 1st day?" My mum asked. "It was fine mum but I'm really tired so I'm going to also goodnight/afternoon mum!" My mum just giggled and said "Goodnight Honey"
