Last Day

Light's POV

Ok so today is the last day of school my last chance to ask Amaya out. I turned out the teacher trying to come up with a plan. Sadly I couldn't celebrate up with anything. Well here goes nothing. I walked down to the court yard and saw something on the ground. It was Amaya's cell phone. Yes a reason to talk to her. "Hey Amaya." I yelled. "What." She shouted back. "You uhh dropped your phone." I said. Before walking over to give it to her. "Thanks I'm always losing things brother says I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to me haha." She said making me smile when she laughed. "So ummm Amaya there is a movie called live action attack on titan do you want to go to it with me on Saturday I have an extra ticket and I thought you might like to go." I said so nervous I think I was sweating. "Sure I would love to go I've wanted to see that since the trailer came out." She said. Yessssss victory. "Cool see you at 5:00 then." I said so happy I almost cried. "Wow you didn't crash and burn kid food job." Ryuk said. "Shut up Ryuk" I whispered.

Amaya's POV

That was odd. Buzz Buzz. Huh. You need to meet me at the new hotel on Shiva street - L. I ran there trying to avoid people. "Wow that was quick." L said. "Yeah well it seemed important." I said angrily that he didn't take this sereously. "So what is it ?" I said still angry. "Well I did some research and came up with a suspect for KIRA. It is someone you may know. His name is Light Yagami." He said in his monotonous voice. "What well I guess I will have to keep an eye out for anything suspicious." I said. "That is why I want the both of you to join the task force." He said with no concern. "Ok then. But we are not doing the whole handcuff thing again that serial goat rapist was creepy but someone I know seriously." I said in my annoyed voice. "Fine." L said. After that I went home and immediately fell asleep. In the morning I decided to go to the movies with Light still but I would keep a weapon on me. I put on my white wash jeans and a black T-shirt with Levi from attack on titan on it. Then sat down and started to flip through the KIRA case files until it was 4:30 then I slipped on my shoes with detachable heals I could use as shivs in an emergency. Then I headed to the bus station where Light was waiting. "Hey Light." I said. "Hi Amaya." He said. ( time skip at the movies ) . Before tell movie started the screen started flashing then a message from KIRA came up. (And blah blah KIRA speech) After the movie Light walked me home and I let him inside for a while. He sat down beside me. "Hey Amaya Emma wasn't lying when she said I liked you. I really do like you a lot." He said and scooted closer to me. Oh no where is this going L coming over soon what is happening. He leaned towards me. "Ok Light I know we're friends but ummm." I said it but I don't think he heard me. Then he leaned closer. Then when I looked up at him he brought my face closer to his and he kissed me. I fought for a minute then he wrapped his arm around me and continued then I heard the door open. "And this will be-. What are you doing to my SISTER!?" I heard L yell. Light immediately stopped and looked over. "Sister!?" He said sounding very confused. L then approached him slowly Light stood up and backed up a little. This is not good. I thought to myself. Then just as I expected L punched Light in the stomach then kicked him throwing him across the room. "L I don't know what just happened but that was unnecessary to kick him like that. You really need to work on your form." I said before going over to see if Light was ok. "Sorry I wasn't prepared to kick someone when I walked in." L said still monotonous but with a little sass. "Well let's just start the meeting then." I said pretending like nothing happened.
