No Face, Long Limbs, Black tie

Intro:

He is a man, I see him everywhere, he has no face and no expression,his face is a blank white colour and his limbs are unusually long, so long that its really scary, and he always wears this black tie, its never dirty but always scary.

What he does is he haunts you in your sleep and kills your dreams, then you start seeing him out side your window, once a week, you can not stop looking at him as if he just mesmerises you for about 10 minuites, and then you start seeing him in public, like hes stalking you or something. I mean its not scary but its definetly weird, and then you start seeing him more often, I am on the 3rd part of his 'stalkiness' and im really getting scared.
