Chapter Four

   In the morning, everything was pretty normal. After breakfast, Mark let Jack use the recording room to film. When Jack finished the video, he found Mark lying on the couch.

"Move."

"No."

"This is my bed while I'm here. Move."

"No."

"Okay then. Ye asked for it." Jack plopped down right on top of Mark.

"Jack what are you-"

"I told ye t' move," Jack said smiling. "You're pretty comfortable. I'll just take a nap right here."

"Hey!"

They both laughed, but the room soon went silent. They stared at each other, Jack blushing profusely. He quickly got up, went to the bathroom, and locked the door.

'That was so incredibly stupid,' he thought to himself. 'Why did I do that? Not only have I ruined me chance with him, this will mess up our friendship.' He turned on the water and splashed his face with cold water and sighed. Jack knew he would have to confront Mark eventually, but when he went back to the living room, Mark had already gone to the recording room.

'Merk's such a nice guy. I don't want t' lose him,' he thought.

Later that night, Mark acted like nothing had happened, so Jack did the same. Life was back to normal for a couple of weeks. Jack had taken his feelings for Mark and shoved them deep down inside. He didn't care if Mark never knew his true feelings. He didn't want to lose their friendship. And He was determined to make sure that never happened.

Fear not, this isn't the last chapter. Although I am in progress writing chapter 6, which will be the last. I will make you a deal. If I have at least 25 reads when I post chapter 6, I will work on a sequel. Good luck! Ok I'm not that mean. If you guys really want a sequel I will still write one.
