Chapter Seven

((A/N: I bet you thought that was the end. Haha well I decided I never really elaborated on why Jack moved in the first place so I decided I would. This chapter will be shorter than the rest, so bear with me. Ok bai!! Enjoy!))

Mark's POV

After watching the sun go down, I decided to ask Jack the question that was eating away at me ever since his phone call.

"Jack, why did you really move to America?"

He stared at me for a second. Then I noticed a tear roll down his cheek.

"Jack, I'm sorry I didn't mean to-"

"Its okay Mark. Um, well, my uh, my girlfriend broke up with me. I just, wanted t' get away, ya know?"

"Oh Jack." I pulled him into a hug. "I'm so sorry."

"Hey, if she didn't, we wouldn't be here now. I wouldn't be in yer arms. I wouldn't be able to love ye."

"Aw, I love you." I kissed his cheek and grabbed his hand.

"I love ye too, ya big goof."
