Sunstone's Destiny

Wrong

We we're in the ship ready to land. When I noticed that there was a spot of clear land between some trees. What I hadn't noticed is that some gems followed us from behind. When we landed and got out of the ship we we're unfortunately ambushed. Quarts soldiers flanked us on every side. I noticed a break away point. After Tigers-Eye and Citrine were poofed I decide it was time to run. I ran to the trees only to be stopped by a weird creature. It had a gem, but it took the form of some sort of Earth creature. I instantly realized I was trapped. The quarts soldiers left, I saw that they had some sort of transmission from Yellow Diamond telling the soldiers to leave us behind, only so we can die here. I turned and fled to my friends, trying to grab their gemstones before the monster reached them. All my friends we're poofed. The monster started to attack me. I sliced at it with my dagger. It tried to grab a hold of me, but I continued to fight back. I was damaged and a sunstone could do so much. I retreated to my gem, it was so dark.

(Peridots pov)
"Steven!! Come quickly!" I shouted with my squeaky voice, as so Amethyst called it. I brushed the dirt off the stones I found, or rather 'gems' I found. I watched as Steven kneeled down, he's a lot bigger than when I first met him, around eight Earth years ago. I looked as he gasped. "She's here!" He shouted. I question his choice of words. He tells me about an orange gem he met when he was really small, even smaller than me. "Steven, that couldn't possibly be the sunstone you met, this gem has only been here for a little while, and there are many sunstones in Homeworld." I said, but he was so sure that gem was 'the Sunstone'. I warped to the temple with Steven, Lapis Lazuli, another gem was on the couch, and in the fridge Amethyst was making some sort of meal. I ran over to Amethyst. "Guess what Amethyst!"
"What?" Amethyst asked.
"There are more gems here!" Amethyst whooped, "Yeah, way to go Peri!" She threw a hug at me. Our goal was to find new gems, and we did it. I laughed as Amethyst and I jumped around. Amethyst giggled, and she even kissed me on my cheek. I blushed and laughed like a 'dork'. "Hehe! Peri, you look very green today!" Amethyst smirked. I covered my face and laughed some more. Amethyst and I walked over to Steven, where he set the gems out. I looked them over. "They are rebels." I said. Ame and Steven looked at me funny. "They are from different systems, different gem colonies. This red and green one is newer than the shiny blue and silver one." I said. One gem started to glow, the sunstone gem. She came out of the gem, and instantly went to Steven and pulled his shirt up to see his gem. "Its you! Steven Quarts!" Sunstone said. Steven shouted "Sunstone!" I noticed that I was correct that she was a rebel, along with her friends. She had a Star on her shirt. I smiled. "So, your Sunstone, I'm Peridot, nice to meet you."
