Chapter 1

Izzy's POV

I can't believe he broke up with me on a date where he was suppose to propose to me. Yeah stupid its stupid he told me. But he didn't like keeping things from me especially a propose but apparently he kept a secret from me that he was cheating on me with one of my best friends well now ex best friend. So right now I'm in my poster filled room crying under my covers with my mum trying to comfort me.

How rude am I not introduce my self. I am Elizabeth Shay Lewis, but I go by Izzy or Liz. I have a brother, Carter Lee Lewis who's 18 and he thinks he the boss of me but I'm 20. I have brown wavy hair with bleach blonde tips. My eyes are a bright aqua blue which I love! I wear glasses but not all the time since I have contacts.

My Best friend is Sophie Marie Lynn Parker. She is a sister to me. She has blonde hair with pink tips. Her eyes are green. She has a 8 year old sister, Amy Lou Parker. She can be a little annoying when I'm over but I love her too.

I just got my heart broken just 15 hours ago on that date. So anyways......

"Honey I'm sorry that he did that to you." My mum tried to comfort me.

"I-I don't know why he broke up with me he gave me a promise ring. And he told me t-t-that we would be together forever and always." I spoke.

"Well he's an asshole anyways." My brother mumbled.

"Carter!" Mum shouted.

"No it's true Carters right." I said.

"Carter leave I'm talking to Liz."

"Whatever."Carter mummbled.

After probably 15 minuets of talking my mum got up from my bed and went to my closet. Honestly I don't know what she's doing but I bet she's going to cheer me up. Which she has a 99.9% she will get me to smile. She came back out with her hand behind her back. Mum came and sat on my bed and stared at me. I'm getting freaked out a little.

"Mum......whatcha doing?" I asked my mum.

"Well I know who doesn't like you being upset."

"Who Sophie I haven't told her anything yet mum.'

"No."

"Dad?"

"No"

"Carter? Ya right!"

"No."

"Then who?" asking getting a little annoyed.

"Louis." I started to crack a smile. You see I love One Direction and I got a tiny brown bear that was named Louis.

"There's that smile." Mum cooed.

"Can I see my bear please." I asked mumma as she handed me the bear. "Thanks for cheering me up and talking to me it really means alot to me even though you cheer me up all the time." I chuckled.

"No problem sweety just let me know when you need me and I'll be there. I love you."

"Love you too mum." Then she left. I should probably call Sophie and tell her what happened between me and Skylar.

I got up and went to my charger and picked up my phone. I did my pass code and went to the calling app. I typed in Sophie's number and called her.

"Sophie here!"

"Hey Sophie I need to talk to you." I said.

"OK I'll bring the cookie dough ice cream, my Harry bear, and some your favorite movies."

"Soph...... You know me too well."

"Oh and I also forgot since your birthday is in a couple days I got a suprise for you!"

"What is it?"

"If I tell you it wouldn't be a surprise now would it?"

"No I guess not. But come on I want my ice cream" I laughed.

"Ok ok I'm coming. See you in 10. Love you!!!!" she yelled.

"Love you too Soph."

I hung up after that. So I have 10 minuets to kill. I changed into some black sweat pants, a baby blue Jack Wills hoddie, a gray beanie and kept me hair in natural waves instead of straightening it like I always do and i grabbed my nerd glasses since I lost my contacts. I'm stupid I know. I still had 5 minuets left. I decided to grab my phone and play temple run. After about awhile I heard the door bell ring. I ran down the spiral star case and to the front door. "I got it mum!"

I opened the door to greet my best friend in . "Yo!"

"Hey!!" I said. In her hand she had 3 movies, 2 tubs of cookie dough ice cream, and her Harry bear.

"I see you got all the stuff?" I questioned. "Yep!"

We headed to my room which has white walls and king size bed with flashing lights under the bed witch makes the floor light up, the floor is wooden, one wall is full glasses which looks out onto a beach of Miami, and another wall has a little fireplace, and I have a flat screen TV hanging up.

"So Lizzy tell me what you need to tell me."

I took a deep breath and told her every thing from the propose and him breaking up with me.

"Oh my gosh I'm so sorry Liz!"

"Its OK."

"He's a jerk anyways."

"Ya I know."

We joked around, ate ice cream, and watched The Hunger Games, Titanic, and Pitch Perfect. After all that we crashed on my bed.
