He was terrified. Going to a new school. Not knowing anyone. He wasn't good at making friends. He never was.
"Shawn! Get your ass out of bed!" Shawn's, poor excuse for a dad, screamed at him from the living room.
Shawn just sighed, not willing to reply. He then remembered something. New school. His throat dropped to his stomach. He felt like throwing up. But he didn't. Cautiously, he got out of bed and got ready for school.
"You're finally downstairs, you lazy shit. Now get the fuck out of here." Shawn's dad said angrily.
"Where's mum?" Shawn asked quietly.
"Already left. Obviously didn't want to see you." His dad replied in a rude manner.
With that, Shawn left for school.
He approached his new school. It's bigger than I expected. He thought. Oh no. The bigger the school, the more people. The sickening feeling quickly came back. He gulped hard, and walked in.
Shawn had gotten through the day just fine; only with lots of weird looks and awkward introductions to teachers. His last lesson was maths. As he entered the small classroom, he spotted someone. A girl. A very beautiful girl. He stood in awe for a few seconds before realising he was staring. Awkwardly, he stumbled into the classroom and sat at the desk behind this mysterious, beautiful girl.
Throughout the lesson, he studied her, from behind of course. Her long, dark brown, straight hair fell down her back. Then, as he was staring at her shiny hair, she turned around to face him."Hello." The girl said quietly.
"Uhh... Hi?" He said awkwardly, taken aback by her sudden movement.
"Are you new here?" She asked gingerly.
"Yeah... Yes, um, it's my first day." He replied slowly.
"Oh okay. I'm Eleanor."
"Shawn." He mumbled. She smiled, then turned back around. Wow. He thought. She's even more beautiful than I thought. He began to study her face: Her dark brown eyes, that could be mistaken for black, her amazing smile, red lips, pale skin.
hello! I hope the non-existent audience have enjoyed this chapter. I apologise if it's terrible, I am definitely not an experienced writer!
