It was because they was nominated.They was against 'GFRIEND'.
GFRIEND members all smiled at E(Y)E,greeting them and talking.Then the MC said,"The winner is................E(Y)E!" GFRIEND clapped their hands together.19-Flo received the mic and she said,"Thank you so much for voting for us! I-We feel so glad and happy.We love you!"Then Hot Pink played and all the members started to perform the song in weird/different voices.
