Chapter 2

A few weeks passed, Lelouch and Suzaku were trying to figure out what to do for their wedding.

Suzaku sighed.

"This is more troubling than I thought it would be..." He said leaning back into his chair.

"Yeah..." Lelouch agreed.

"Hey, why don't we see our friends? Give ourselves a little break and see how they're doing?" Suzaku asked.

Lelouch smiled.

"It has been a while..."

"Then let's go and see them!" Suzaku said standing from his chair.

Lelouch sighed.

"Alright." Lelouch said standing slowly.

Suzaku walked over to Lelouch and wrapped his arm around Lelouch's waist, to help Lelouch steady himself.

"Thanks Suzaku..." Lelouch said glancing at his fiancé.

Suzaku smiled.

"No problem." Suzaku said pulling Lelouch into a hug.

Lelouch carefully put his arms around Suzaku's neck.

"I love you." Lelouch whispered.

Suzaku blushed slightly.

"I love you too." He said softly.

Suzaku slowly let go of Lelouch, as did Lelouch let go of Suzaku.

"Come on!" Suzaku grabbed Lelouch's hand and they headed to the door.

They got to the school, it being a Saturday, only the student council was in.

They walked through the halls of Ashford when...

"Suzaku!? Lelouch!?" Suzaku glanced behind them, and saw Rivalz standing there, with a large smile on his face.

"Rivalz!! Suzaku said happily.

Lelouch smiled as the two started talking.

"Lelouch, your okay!" Rivalz said walking over to him.

Lelouch nodded.

Rivalz smiled and wrapped his arms around Lelouch's neck.

"I'm glad you're alive. You're my other best friend ya know?" Rivalz said quietly.

Lelouch chuckled.

"You're weird." Lelouch said hugging Rivalz back.

"But whoa!" Rivalz pulled away and put his hands on Lelouch's arms.

"So like, you're emperor! Like geez! Couldn't have told me!?" Rivalz asked.

Lelouch sighed.

"I didn't need the whole school bowing to me when I walked through the halls." Rivalz nodded.

"I guess being malled by girls is better than being bowed at... I think..." Rivalz said scratching his head.

Lelouch laughed softly.

"But! Like! Suzaku!" Rivalz turned to Suzaku.

"Your gonna be royalty!!!" Rivalz said happily.

Suzaku smiled.

"Yeah." Suzaku said.

"Like! You two are only 18! And you are getting married! This is awesome!" Rivalz said clapping.

Lelouch nodded.

"Oh my god! I need to see you two kiss!!" Rivalz said excitedly.

Lelouch sighed.
