We arrived at my dads friends house right away, well it was more of a mansion. My dads friend was rich. I pulled my robe around me as we walked inside. My dad knocked on the door, and someone opened it. He was tall, and had brown hair and blue eyes. He was older, but he looked familiar, I don't know where I saw him though. "Hey Chad! Is this your daughter?" He asked my dad. "Yeah, this is my daughter Nicole, Nicole this is Jimmy." My dad said. "It's nice to meet you Nicole." Jimmy said, shaking my hand. I give him a small smile. "So, come on in!" Jimmy exclaims. We walked in, and his house was huge! I followed my dad and Jimmy into the kitchen. We sat at the table, as his butler served us food. I was extremely hungry. "So, Nicole, what school do you go to?" Jimmy asks. "RidgeWood High School." I reply after eating a chocolate covered strawberry. "Really, my son goes there." He says, and I almost choke on my food. I hope I don't know his son, that would be really awkward. "Really?" I say, giving him a fake smile. "Yeah, oh I think he is here right now." Jimmy says, as the door opens. I turn around, and my jaw drops. Taylor Barnhart. I stand up. "You." We both say at the same time. I glare at him. "Umm, dad what is Nicole Hollister doing here?" Taylor asks. "There house caught on fire, so I am letting them stay here." Jimmy says. "Oh, she is not staying here." Taylor says, anger in his blue eyes. "I don't want to be with him either." I spat, and crossed my arms across my chest. Jimmy have Taylor a stern look. "Taylor, please go show Nicole to her room." Jimmy says. I give my dad an annoyed look, but he tells me to go. "Come on, Hollister." Taylor says in a disgusted voice. I followed him upstairs, and he takes me to the room across from his. The guest room. We didn't talk at all. It was really awkward. "Here is your room." Taylor says, I give him an disgusted look before walking in.
