Focusing on Wendy

Normal POV~

Leaving the Throne Room, Wendy went to find her mother by searching her favorite rooms in the castle. Despite being the Queen of Hell, she likes doing her favorite hobbies all the time.

The last room Wendy haven't been to is The Music room. Once Wendy is at the music room's doorstep she heard beautiful and free music that sounds like she could soar through the sky yet it was sinister at the same time. Who could blame her? Her mother was part Demon.

She knocked on the door before entering the room afraid that her mother will scold her for interrupting her.
Well her mother never really scolded her for interrupting her music but her brother? Countless times.

"Yes, come in" the music stopped as she respond.

Wendy opened the door eager to hear that her mother let her in. Just as Wendy went in the room, she saw her mother sitting on a chair with a flute in her hands.

"What is it Wendy?"her mother said with a warm voice as usual.

"Mom, can you help me pick a dress or disguise that no one can recognize me? Dad is throwing a Mysterious Partner Ball"Wendy explained while smiling.

Grandeeney just smile and nodded in response.

"I heard that Dad is planning to pick a 'partner' for Natsu-nii"Wendy whispered at the last part with a chuckle.

"Yeah I heard that Igneel really want Natsu to just grow up and get some grandchildren too. To be honest, I wanted some too"Grandeeney said smiling at the thought.

Wendy smiled too knowing that she will be a young aunt when her older brother have kids.

"So, a mysterious disguise huh?"

"Yep"Wendy replied.

"Come on, I'll help you choose"Grandeeney stood up, put her flute down on a nearby coffee table and motioned her daughter to follow her. Wendy followed her mother as they reached a huge room full of clothes of all kinds and sizes,even accessories and costumes were displayed in that huge room.

Grandeeney took a while to search for what she was looking for. Finally, she took out a mini blue witch dress,a blue witch hat, half thigh length boots, two shoulder sleeves(sorry don't know what those are called) , a wand and a blue bat patterned masquerade mask. (Media above)

"It's beautiful but are you sure that they won't recognize me by my hair and eyes?"Wendy wondered.

"Oh, that's easy I'll give you color contacts and dye your hair"Grandeeney answered.

"Okay"Wendy replied in a sweet tone.

"Since you've picked your disguise, wanna help me with the preparations for the ball?"Grandeeney asked.

Wendy nodded her with a small "Mmn".

"Come"Grandeeney whispered while heading to the room where she put all the decorations.

When they reached there and open the door, Wendy was amazed at how much decoration the room kept.

"Wow" was the only word to describe how she is feeling now.

"Let's choose the decorations"Grandeeney said as she went into the room and rummage through the decorations, searching for the ones she needed.

Soon, Wendy joined her.

After a while of searching through the decorations, something caught Wendy's eye; a chandelier decorated with back and white diamonds.

"Mom can we use this for the ballroom's chandelier?"Wendy asked pointing at the chandelier.

Saying that made Grandeeney turned her head around to see what Wendy was pointing at.

"Yeah sure we can it'll be perfect"Grandeeney smiled.

"Then I'll put it together with the other decorations we chose?"

"Yeah"Grandeeney said.

"Eto...can you help me with this? It is so heavy"Wendy said trying to lift and carry the chandelier.

"Sure" Grandeeney said in response as she and Wendy lifted the chandelier and put it with the other decorations they picked.

-Time skip-

An hour later~

"Okay, now that we've chosen all the decorations, I'll have the servants to put it up for us tomorrow"Grandeeney said.
