A New Neighbor - Ch. 2

After I preached the adventurer's pledge to my self I jumped off my bed, and leaped onto the stairs. Since I was a new adventurer I pretended like the stairs were a very steep hill and rolled down tucking in my legs but hugging my self. It was a frightening experience, well after I changed the stairs into a steep hill. I found a vine (AKA the banister), and swinger off the hill. Once I surpassed the deadly cliff I ran into the kitchen and opened up my pantry.

"MOM! Where are the samoas, i NEED my girl scout cookies." I scream to my mom. Although a second later i found it. I remembered about the adventurer's pledge. Never rely on anyone but yourself, and your life partner. Which, by all means, will never be my mom! Thank the gods for that! Although, I am 16 years old and only have 2 years left till I need a life partner might as well find one in my high school years so I am not too late. I can't be a loner. It's against the pledge which I solemnly swore to!

  **TWO DAYS LATER**

~beep, beep, beep, beep~
"Ugh, shut up!" I said as i blindly tried to turn off the alarm clock. I finally succeeded! Then, i followed my regular morning routine. When i looked at the clock, 8 AM, OH NO! The bus leaves in 5 minutes, i don't i have time to eat breakfast. I guess i'll just by a donut or something at school. Then, I ran to the bus without doing my hair or makeup, which by the way an adventurer would never have time for so that means i chose the right path! Hah!

  I hopped onto the bus just a second before the doors closed shut. I looked for my friend Kayla, because she always saved me a seat no matter what! Once i found her we performed our every day, VERY useful conversation:

"Hey"
"Hi"
"How da life be"
"Da life be bomb"
"How da food be"
"Da food be bomb"
"Hello"
"Its Me"
"I was wondering if we should shut up, ok lets do dat."

          I am not even kidding that is our daily conversation topic: life, food, and adele. Obviously, she doesn't know about my pledge as an adventurer, because I know she would just make fun of me. I know she is my friend, but she wouldn't understand this.  Well, forget that

Once, we reached our stop I jumped off the bus and quickly ran to the library. Ok, so I basically just sit there till 1st period starts. Since, school is stupid, I am just going to not talk about that ok? Ok. (the fault in our stars reference)

         Basically, my mom picked me up from school, and when we got home. Something unusual happened, well not very unusual. When i got out of the car I noticed that there was a moving truck, with what seemed like a family of five loading boxes into the home. Then I noticed a guy, tall, handsome, and very muscular. Then, he smiled at me and I smiled back. He is so dreamy! I'll talk to him tommorow when my family will go together to give them a gift basket!

So yeahhh that was this chapter i am so excited to update alot! and i hope ur enjoying my story so far i am working really hard and i promise AT LEAST 1 update a week... So yea
