The problem with women they get too excited when it comes to their wedding day.

Chapter 15

Today was the turning point in my life. I opened my door to the ceiling walk in wardrobe right up to the rack of tailor made versace suits. Ever since working with NM Rothschild's firm and the LT I've bettered myself mentally & physically I happen to have a body of a soldier now, with my six pack well toned lights skin body, because of the scars from my broken ribs I got them all covered with a dragon tattoo. I use this as constant reminder why I can't be weak no more. I made sure I was well presented got my beards shaped up got my proper after shave every thing was going according to plan. My intentions was to go to the wedding not to stand out.

I arrived at KICC Charlton church and took a slow walk up towards the entrance. Outside the church door were A2 posters plastered all over the walls of the happy couple their baby daughter, below the picture was the words we are gathered here for the union of Abbena Bouteng and Femi Adanuga in big bold lettering.

Now i know you must be curious to how I happen to find out the date and the church address. You'll find out very soon............

As i walked through the typical large double church door I could already hear the music which had already started playing, I slowly & gently sank into the last row of chairs making sure I was able to get a good view of the show.? ?

Looking around I could see they decided to go for a classic style wedding with three bridesmaid all in red and three grooms all in white. With Femi standing in the middle dressed in a black suit with a white tuxedo shirt. When I saw him I could still feel the sensation on my ribs knowing what he did to me.

The church was full of chatter with the guest as they awaited the arrival of abby. With in an instance all of a sudden the typical bride music hit, within a split second all the guest heads turned to face the door to get a glimpse of the bride as she walked down the aisle, as she walked passed me I noticed she was wearing a white laced chested wedding dress, with one of the flower girls holding the bottom of her long dress so as it does not scrap the floor. As much as it pains me to say it after what she put me through she did look gorgeous.

She had that smile that I could not resist but I knew why I was here. This is my final test what was I going to do stay? or run? She looked straight ahead at femi with the look of happiness and a feeling of accomplishment. I just sat there didn't say a word did not move just wanted to hear those words that will set me free.

Chapter 16

"we are here today to witness the union of Femi Adenuga and Abbena Boateng, in our very own house of the Lord ministries, I hope the bride and groom have their own vows which they will both read out load". Abbena looked at Femi and said" If it was not for you Femi I don't know where I would be, you saved me from making a bad decisions" the bad decisions being me."You are my life my soul and Aisha father and I can't be Without you" there was a crescendo of happy awwws at the two couples so I made sure I shut out when Femi spoke as his voice brought back the memories of the beating he made me endure. Before you know it got to the part "does anyone object to these twos union," for a brief moment she turned around and for a split second she saw me but could not recognise me. I just wanted her to say those words that will set me free. Then the priest said "do you Femi Adenuga take Abbena Bouteng to be your wife and to cherish her till death do you part" he replied "I do" "do you Abbena Bouteng take Femi Adanuga to be your husband to cherish him till death do you part" she looked at him and said "I do".

This was the moment I was waiting for as I now know that I have lost the only person that I ever loved. I know realised a man who has nothing that he loves is a man who can not be bought, can not be betrayed, a man who answers to no one but himself. When she kissed Femi I realised I officially become a free man and this was the beginning of my rapid change to the man I am today. Whilst everyone clapped for the two couples I sat down with a smile on my face, the smile of victory I passed my test.

Several hours later I was in the local pub having a victory drink with that big smile on my face to the point the bartender, was like "you seem happy Jeremy, never seen you like this since you got that contract commission, from Lord Stevenson firm". Within an instance the pub door opened and one of Abbys bridesmaid walked in the pub she went straight to the bar. She was on her own and was in a pissed off mood, she sat down at the bar next to me and was like to the bartender " can I have a JD and coke please" the bartender looked at her and was like "have you got I'd?" Knowing full well she looked over 18 and she replied saying "I'm 23 you know" and the bartender stood to his word still demanded I'd. She looked at me like are you going to back me up and I stayed silent and she said "you know what piss off this pubs stupid". She got up and walked out the pub and I remained seated and said nothing, the bartender looked at me and said " there you go mate, she is all yours" I gave him a £50 pound to clear the tab I had run up while celebrating my victory.

As I got up to chase the girl, and was about to walk out the door I walked back to the barman and handed him another crisp £50pound not and  I told him to enjoy the evening on me and ran out after her.
