1. when you go mining and you friend finds lava put water by them and they will burn in the lava.
2. put tnt at the door of their house and put a lever so that it will explode in there face :D
3. make a fire place for your friend with tnt under the fire so when your friend pushes the button the tnt will go off and their house will be destroyed :P
4. basic :P before they go through the nether portal hurt all the pigmen.

7. tell them that you are going cliff jumping and to land in the water when they jump hit them so that they don't hit the water.

10. if they have an untamed horse hit it and watch them try to tame it. it will take a while for them so go grab some popcorn :P

16. Make an empty house and invite people to come in. When they enter the house, they'll step on pressure plates that will open the floor below them, making them fall into your underground house.
17. Spleef people when they're crafting.
18. Build cages around AFK people, make a sofa out of stairs, sit down and watch.
19. Place a chest in the center of someone's house. Place a stick inside it.
20. Shout: OMG I NEED HEALP! When people arrive tell them you had the feeling that you weren't alone. And that the fear was now true.
