Finding him

Chapter 1

Sadie's POV

"Honey can you get the last box out of the car?" My mother yelled to me just as I was about to walk through the door to our new house.

"Sure" I yelled back to my mother walking back to the car. Seeing as it was Friday I wasn't going to start my new school till Monday. I walked back into the new house to see my mom already unpacking.

" Do you like it?" My mom asked me
" I love it!" I said excitedly taking a look around the room I was in. It had white walls and a staircase that led to the upstairs. I walked up the stairs to go find my room. I went through the first door on the right. The room has white walls,that look like they were freshly painted, and a window that looks right into the front yard. It had a connected bathroom that had a shower and a marble countertop.

I loved it.

The bathroom was probably the best part of the house. I started unpacking right away seeing as it was only 1:00 p.m. After I finished it was about 3:30. So I decided to take a walk around the area. I walked down the stairs into the kitchen where I heard my mother banging pots.

" I'm going for a walk" I told my mom walking to the from door.
" Dinners at 5 so don't be late!" My mom yelled after me.

I walked down the stairs onto the sidewalk. My mom told me there was a small restaurant down the road. I walked down the sidewalk when I saw the small open sign of the diner. I walked through the door and heard a small chime of a bell. I took a look around and saw teenagers staring at me from every direction. I ignored them and walked up to the counter. I ordered a small coke and a small fry. I picked out a small table in the corner. I went to get my coke and stated walking back to my seat when I hit something hard and fell to the floor with my drink spilling all over the floor. I looked up and saw a very attractive boy looking down at me. He had brown hair that looks like he's ran his hands through it and brown eyes. In all he was gorgeous. I finally opened my mouth to speak.

" Sorry I didn't see you" I said quietly

" Don't even know your name and your already falling for me" he said with a smirk on his face.

" Don't even know your name and I can already tell your a asshole " I said with a little too much confidence. He stared at me for a couple more seconds and just walked away. I pushed myself off the ground and started to walk back to my seat. I saw him leave about the same time that I was about to leave. So I just waited for his car to leave then I finished my drink then left.

I walked the distance back to my house and walked up the stairs.

Walked into my new room and collapsed on the bed. I got up and changed into a pair leggings and a Victoria secret hoodie.

I walked down the stairs just as the door bell rang.

"I'll get it"I yelled to my mom walking through the living room to get to the front door.

I opened the door to see the same gorgeous boy that I ran into at the restaurant.

I stood there shocked and finally I spoke.

" what are you doing here?" I asked politely but still with a little anger in my voice.

" ummm my mom told me to give this to you" he said while scratching the back of his neck. He was holding out a basket with all sorts of muffins in it.

" why did you mom say that?" I said with a little firm.

" I live a couple houses down." He said while handing me the basket. My face went crimson red when he said this.

" ok thanks" I said and closed the door in his face and walking into the kitchen.

" who was it?" my mother asked while putting pasta into a bowl.

" A new neighbor and he gave me this basket" I said while holding up the basket.

" Ok dinner will be ready in 5 minutes" she said taking out plates from the cupboard.

"I'm just going to go to bed, I'm kinda tired" I said while walking back up the stairs. I walked into the bathroom and brushed my teeth. Walking back into my bedroom I climbed into my bed and let sleep take over me.
