Beth's P.O.V
Pat asked me on a date! I can't believe it! I went to mine and Aces room to look for a dress but she already had one out. "OMG! That dress is so gorgeous! I love it!" I screamed. She laughed and said, "I knew you would!" "Wait a sec," I said, "you knew,didn't you?" "Of course I did," she said. I laughed. I pulled on the dress and then she did my hair. She may be a Tomboy but she really knows a cute outfit. I walked downstairs and I couldn't find anyone. I did find a note though. It read,
Go to a place where you can find pizza and Italiano food.
I laughed. On our way back from snowboarding we saw a pizza place and Ace said, "Look! It's an Italiano food place." We all tried to explain that it was not how you said it but she was to stubborn.
I grabbed my phone and walked to the "Itailiano." When I got there a guy in a chef outfit gave me another note. Then, I went to, the ski resort, the board game store, the candy shop and finally the park.
When I got there I saw a trail of roses. I followed them and half way I saw Sharpie standing there and then he said, "I love the way your eyes shine whenever you laugh." I smiled, then it was Burish, "I love your laugh." Then Ace, "I love your smile." Then it was Pat himself. There was a table set up. We sat down and he said, "But most importantly I love you." Actually, he didn't, but I wish he did. Yes, I like him. He's just so funny and sweet. But I don't know if likes me back.
We sat down and then Ace came out with food, "Here is your Italiano food." She said with a look daring us to say something. Then she left. We ate and talked and laughed and had a good time. Then she came out with dessert. Then we went for a walk.
"Pat, this is all really sweet. But what are we?" I said. He took a deep breath and said, "I was just about to get to that. I was wondering, if you would be my girlfriend." I smile.
"Yes, I would love to be your girlfriend," I said.
He screamed,
"Yes! Thank the Lord!" Then spun me around and kissed me. It was so romantic. Wow. This is great. "Hey, Beth, follow me." He said. I followed him and he took my hand. He showed me this beautiful lake. I was speechless. It was crazy.
"Wow," I breathed. "I know," he said. We just sat there, looking at the sun set. Then we had to go home,😑. I walked up stairs and I got ready for bed. Just before I fell asleep he came and kissed me. "I've been waiting to do that since the day I met you.
