Beth's P.O.V
We are going skiing today. It's this place that makes their own snow if its raining or there is no snow. I'm up front with Kaner and Ace is back there with Jon. It's good that Ace is getting out and having fun since Danny and the puckbunny. She's still a little sad about but she's her normal happy self to other people. When we got there Burish and Sharpie were already there. Some of us were skiing and I think Ace is snowboarding instead. We had to split into pairs, it was me and Kaner, Burish and Jon and Sharpie and Ace. When we split up me and Kaner went to the ski lift. He looked a little nervous. "Are you okay?" I asked. He nodded and said, "kinda, um, I just haven't skied in a while.''
"I can teach you if you want," I told him. He nodded and I smiled, he smiled back.
Amy's P.O.V
Me and Sharpie were trying to find a good trail. "Well, this map is not helping, " he said and threw it away. "Yah, well, now we can't find our way back either!" I said, playfully punching him. He laughed at my sarcasm. He looked at me and said, "I heard what happened with your boyfriend,"
I smiled sadly. "Yah, kinda sucks"
"Well, just to let ya know, I've only known you for like two days and your already like my sister, I'm here for you," he said. "Thanks, bro," I replied. "Hey! Isn't that the blue triangle?" I said. Blue triangle is not easy but not to hard. Double Black Diamond is the worst. We went to the trail and started to go down. "Let's try it," he said. We started to go down and I realized it was not a triangle, it was a black diamond. There were hangovers and jumps and trees and I was so relieved when I got to the bottom alive. I looked over at Sharpie and yelled, "that was awesome!" Then he screamed back, "I nearly died!" We checked the map and turns out it was a DOUBLE, black diamond! Wow. We went to find Kaner and Beth. We saw them and went over to them. "We just survived a double black diamond, " sharpie said. "And it was all her fault," he pointed to me. "Excuse me!" I said. Then someone skied up to us. Drew Manhousky. My old rival. "Hey, Ams, how's it going?" He smirked. I smiled sarcastically and said, "Well it was going good..."
"That game had a few bad calls," he said shaking his head. "That was like, five years ago dude!" I said.
"It was championships, now since we aren't at the court, how 'bout a race down the slopes?" He said. "Bring it"
We headed to the top of this really long trail, at the end was a jump. We started down the hill. We went through trees and everything. When we got close to each other he said, "See ya at the bottom!" And he pushed me, luckily I didn't fall, I kept going, we were neck and neck. He pushed me again and pulled, ahead and went off the jump, I did a 360 spin. It was awesome. I landed at the finish line. He was waiting for me at the bottom. "You dirty little cheater," he smirked at me. "What do you say we take it to the courts, you get your team, I'll get mine, lets say a little rematch." He said. We shook and I said, "Your On"
