Chapter 8

The bell stopped ringing.

Finally.

I glanced at my unfinished paper which only had my name on the paper. I sighed disappointed knowing that I spent 90 minutes tapping my shoe, and nibbling on the eraser part of my pencil. I rolled my tounge in the inside of my mouth trying to get rid of the dry, moldy bacon taste.

I hesitantly got up from the seat and groaned when I heard a crack in my lower back. I scrunched up my nose when I felt a pain shoot up in my lower back, I groaned in pain like an old woman. I felt Aiden's eyes follow my every move as I yanked up my wordless paper with one hand, and reached behind me to rub my back with my other hand.

I drag myself to Mr. Wilson's desk where his eyes were still fixed on his computer, I hurried up and placed my paper on his desk before he looked up and checked me out.

My stomach makes a once again dreadful sound, I smiled knowing that I could be in lunch in a few seconds. I looked ahead and saw Cameron wrapping his arm around Anna's tiny body, I laughed to myself when I saw Anna punched his arm and walked ahead to where Sophie was. I watched the four of them walk in together.

As I made my way to the cafeteria I noticed Chloe walking to the doors as well. I stopped in my tracks tracks as I observed her expression. Her face was looked pink against her naturally tan skin, her long hair looked messy like someone has been running their fingers through it.

I opened my mouth to call her. "Hey Chloe-!"

I shut my mouth when a familiar smell entered my nose. Like Apple pie right out of the oven my mouth watered in this smell. Why must he smell so good?

Why?

I gulped as his strong smell grew stronger and more addicting. Without thinking I stuck my nose in the air wanting to smell more of this scent. I stopped and yank my head down, who am I a wolf? I studied the light granite hallway floors, trying to concentrate on the pattern. I felt something warm press into my back. Like a wall. An apple pie smelling wall.

A really really good apple pie.

Aiden's warm chest was still pressed on my back. I froze and nibbled on my bottom lip my whole entire body was buzzing with electricity. Aiden's chest vibrated as he let out a low chuckle it shook me slightly.
