"You know we can stand here all day but i suggest you at least tell me your name" the strange boy said sighing as if nearly giving up "Mine's Andrew, my friends call me Andy, well if i had friends that is." "Marlene". There was a strange silence and i finally spoke again "Are you going to help me boarder up the windows and check our inventory or are you just going to sit here?"
"Well it is my house after all, so maybe you should ask permission before you go and take stuff, you can do what you like on one condition". "And that condition is?" i asked a little pissed off at the fact he may just use me then kick me out.
"first things first, we treat each other like actual people. second you cant leave unless you ask me or take me with you". i groaned at the idea of taking this puny little nerd with me anywhere especially living with him, under his conditions.
Well, it is the end of the world after all, may as well give it a try. "alright, anything else?" i asked making sure i could last as long as possible in this small little shop/home. "thats it, and also don't point a weapon at me, i'd rather not die especially be murdered. its still a criminal offense." he attempted to joke but came out rather serious, i didn't laugh.
"Well, are you coming to border up the windows?" i asked and we walked down the stairs to nail wood to the windows and doors.
