Oh sorry i (as in the author) was supposed to mention this earlier i guess,oops. Staan is in matric, thats why he can drive.
But.
Before i carry on writing i need to tell you something from Staans point of veiw...
This happened a few days ago before Staan spoke to Ruby for the first time
Staan and chris, during rugby practice were talking and making jokes, about Ruby and other things, eventually chris made a dare that had to date Ruby, the loser. And if he didnt date her, he would have to announce to the whole school that he was a gay fag who ate pigeon meat for breakfast and no one would ever like him.. he wasnt going to risk that and rather decided to go with the dare..
The rules of the dare were the following:
-have to date her for more than a week
-you have to kiss her
-you dont have to tell anyone if you dont want to
-you only get a week to ask her out.
