The Excuse

It's been now 1 month I didn't see or hear anything from Nick, well except from the media. He is now together with another girl and about to go on tour. I sit here on my window sill and look at the stars, my hands on my growing belly, yes I'm still pregnant, I'm in the third month.

Like always at this time of the day, 10 PM, I want some bacon with cream, don't ask me why, and it's not THAT bad. When I finished eating it and wen back to my window sill, I see some candles on my yard, it looks like a heart, wait it IS a heart! Maybe it's Mandy trying to make me feel better, but Mandy is in Spain for 3 weeks. I hope it's Nick, but he has a girlfriend, and he hates me.Still looking at the heart I decide to go downstairs and check who this is, I take the baseball bat and open the door. Suddenly there is someone standing in front of me and I'm ready to hit him when he said " NO Meli! It's me! DON'T HIT ME" I let the baseball bat fall and just look at him. "Why are you here?" I snapped. Even though it was dark I could see him looking at my tummy. Should I let him in? His eyes still fixed on my tummy I step aside and let him in. "Soo...what do you want?!" I glared at him. He looked up at me "I just wanted to see after you..." he trailed off "and whats with the heart?!" I snapped, he bit his lip and looked down, he looked a dog who just got yelled at. He looked so cute, whoa! MELI! He is a JERK don't fall for him!

I started to fight with the tears spilling in my eyes, he looked up and sighed. His hand ran through his hair and he looked me in the eyes, his eyes were full of sorrow. Slowly he made his way towards me and I found myself in his arms crying softly. " 1 fucking month" I hissed and he just pulled me closer. "I'm sorry, I...I don't know why I didn't call or texted you..I was afraid, but I saw you yesterday walking around the mall, and I saw your belly, I didn't believe my eyes, why did you say you lost it?" He found the wound spot, yeah why did I say that? I sighed and slowly looked up at him "I don't know...why..I just wanted to see if you really love me...and you clearly didn't..." I trailed off not looking at him. I heard him sigh. "Meli I was just upset, I didn't mean to..and yeah..please forgive me" I slightly nodded and we went to my room. We talked for like hours.

I looked out of the window and saw the sun rising, wow we really talked a long time. He told me that he has no girlfriend and his tour will end in 6 months, just when I'm about to get the baby, he promised that he will be there when I get the baby, no matter what. At 7 am he had to leave, he kissed me softly so tenderly. I didn't want to let him go, after all I was still in love with him.

We are standing at my door kissing, when his tour bus arrived, I even got the chance to get him a love bite. "Meli I will write you everyday a letter and text you, call you and visit you" he kissed me and slowly made his way to the bus. " Nick.." he turned around "I love you" I smiled and he grinned just like a 4 year old boy opens his present on christmas. " Love you too babygirl" he blow me a kiss and got in the bus. Then he pressed his face at the window. I laughed and shook my head at him.
