Runaway dimension

Sport festival day

I'm so not excited for the sport festival today....
I really don't want to get out of bed. Like what's the point of going to school anyways? I'll just skip school today.
I curl up into a ball under my blankets and then...
"OH NO YOU ARE NOT GOING TO!! YOU ARE GOING TO GET OUT OF THAT BED, GET READY, AND HEAD FOR SCHOOL. GOT THAT?"
"Mmhn but I don't want to!!!! I'm not going"
He took the blankets of off me. Damn it's cold. "Yes you are" he started pulling me out of bed, but I held onto my bed until the covers came off and I ended up on the cold ground.
"You are coming to school, and you are gonna have fun because I'll be there with you." As long as he says that. I believe him.
I get up and head to the bathroom.
"THATS THE SPIRIT"

I take about 20 min to get completely ready for school.
"Finally! Now come on were going to be late."
We start running towards the train station. And the train at this time is packed. We should've left earlier. Only if I wasn't lazy.
"Next time I'll get you out of bed and directly to school with your pajamas" I know that's he's not lying and that he'll actually do it. But the position he's in just makes the situation hilarious. I can't help but laugh. 

"Ho, ho laugh all you want. Well see who gets the last laugh when I go to school without you tomorrow"
"Don't worry I'll get up early tomorrow"
"Oh you better or I'll leave without you"

He has always been there for me. And all I've been for him is a burden. But as long as I'm with him I can be myself. He's the only one I can be myself around.

"Were finally ouuut...."
"What happened to you?"
"Seriously? You were sitting the whole way here. While I was crushed between people, sweaty people."
Oh yeah I've been sitting this whole time. Hehe...
"What time is it?"
"It's eight twenty...five.. WERE LATE LETS GO"

Why does he have to pull me whenever he runs!!!!!!
He takes really long steps!
"Slow downnnnn"
"Nope!"

Were finally here. I kneel down huffing, trying to catch my breath. "Please don't do that again"
"Then just try to be faster next time so you won't get tired"
As we get in school we see tanake-san
"KASUMI-CHAN OHAYŌ!!"
"Tanake-San! Ohayō!!!"
"You guys came late what's wrong?"
"SOMEONE didn't want to wake up today"
"Hehe sorry."
Tanake-San starting laughing. I should've been her friend a long time ago.
"Anyways c'mon let's go. We're going to be late"

First competition was between boys and girls. It was a one mile running match. I didn't participate but tanake-San did. The boys one by 01:09 minutes
Boys' record: 14:37
Girls' record: 15:46
We did our best but it's still the beginning. The second match is about to start.
Mukade Kyoso (the three legged race).
I'm one of the contestants, my partner was kuro-San. She's a really hipped spirit, but she's fast and won't slow down for me no matter what so I'll just have to run faster.
"Ready, set. GO!!"
The whistle was blown to start the match between class 1-A and 1-F. Kuro-san started with a slow jog the she began to sprint faster. So far I'm able to keep up with her, but I'm afraid she'll stop looking back at me and go high speed. I just have to concentrate on now.
Were in 4th position. There is a barricade in front of us. About two feet and six inches high. Kuro-San started to speed by the second. All that I can't think about right now is keeping up with her. "Jump with me not after me" if only I knew when you'd jump "3, 2" she's giving me a signal. That never happened. "Now!" We jumped together and successfully passed the barricade. Our class started yelling but I'm too busy trying to focus to think about anyone else. I know that kuro-san is about to speed up really fast because were in 3rd place right now and the race is almost over. "I'm speeding up. Don't get left behind" that's what I'm planning to do. As we started running and passing obstacles we got to second place. But were still not fast enough for first.
Before we knew it the race was over. Our class won but not us, which I wasn't really frustrated about unlike kuro-san. "Good job Kasumi I think I'm might choose you as a partner next time as well. But it would be either winning or it's over" kuro-San takes sports really seriously.
"KASUMI-CHAN CONGRATS!"
"Tanake-San thank you" the hugs that tanake-San gives me are really warm just like my mum's. "So who's up next?"
"Our class is on a break for the next match so let's just go and watch"
We went and sat down on the benches waiting for the next match to start. "S-so tanake-san, is there like a plan or something to get my mother's stuff back?"
"A plan? We don't need a plan were just going to tell them face to face"
"Face to face? That's the worst idea ever!! How can you be so certain that they'll listen to us?"
"Well if they don't well just have to call the police"
What is she thinking we don't even have evidence. They're just going to laugh at us
"And if you're thinking about evidence I already have some"
Did she just read my mind....
"How?"
"I'll tell you later, let's just watch the match now"

SOMEONE'S POV
She really changed since that accident. If only I was able to remind her what happened, and who he is.
*flash back*
"Please. You're my only hope. Please protect her and make sure she never remembers"
Dammit I know. I know just get out of my head you're bothering me. I'm here agonized, afraid that she'll remember, and thinking of a plan if she ever did. God even thinking about it gives me headaches.
I'll just go watch the match now and think about it later.

The sport festival ended. Our class got in second.
I participated in three other matches
Ping pong -I got first-
Potato sack running -fifth-
And kibasen (it's the Japanese version of chicken fight were a student carries his/her partner on the shoulder while they're  trying to rip off the opposite team's bandana to score a point) -I won in this one-
And of course as every sport festival the boys played pole topping. We lost though....
Two of the boys came bleeding.
But now that the sport festival is over we're heading to go talk to the focus fairies.
Now here they are. Standing in front of us is Tachibana Mai who is not the leader of the focus fairies.
"So I see that you have betrayed us tanake-san"
"No, Mai. You have betrayed yourselves. We were never suppose to turn out that way. And now we want you to give us back everything you took."
The strong will that comes out of tanake-san's mouth with her words is amazing.
"Sure.."
We were all shocked by how fast she agreed
"With one condition."
I spoke too fast.

Ok seriously you have no idea how sorry i am for not uploading for about five months.
But finally a new chapter is here. I am sorry that it's short as well. I just got over my writer's block so hopefully the next chapter will be longer and out soon.
Oh and I changed the 'girlies' to 'focus fairies' because I thought the name was better.
